This is our second springfree. After 10 years the children had outgrown the first one so we purchased the largest size. They are loving it and spending hours on it most day.

I had been recommended the Springfree trampoline over any other by friends, family and neighbours. But when it came time to purchase one, the customer service I received was obdurate and left me feeling like they just didn’t care for my business nor to make a sale as there were plenty of other customers waiting in line to purchase one. This certainly isn’t the way to treat a customer!

Clearly the best on the market. We bought the 3.4 x 3,4 and the kids love it!!! They are tricky to put up (2 adults and it took 3.5 hrs) and you have to follow the instructions v carefully. Other than that; fantastic!

We (me, my partner, 14 year old son and almost 2 year old daughter) were going stir crazy until I had the great idea to splurge on a trampoline. The price of a Springfree can be a little intimidating, but from all reports an investment that would be well worth it.
IT IS! The customer service is the best, assembly (while overwhelming to consider) well instructed and reasonably easy AND there is so much comfort and security in seeing a little one and the big one having fun with no real risk of those nostalgic trampoline injuries.

There are cheaper ones on the market but these are the best. Best bounce, best safety and best warranty. Delivery process was very simple and streamlined. The kids are jumping whenever they can. Better than a pool that you can only use randomly. The trampoline feels strong and well made, from the frame right down to the zippers. I would recommend the basketball hoop as a good extra. Also save yourself the headache and pay someone to install!

We collected our trampoline yesterday the quality and safety is incredible. We installed the trampoline ourselves and found by following the instructions it’s wasn’t that difficult to ensemble. All round very empress with the unit itself.

My daughter starts with a jump even before breakfast on most days, from bouncing to doing tricks and making up routines this is providing hours of fun for all 3 of my children who are 9, 13 and 19;)

The trampoline is loved by our kids and the service provided with the delivery and installation (in the rain) was exceptional. We highly recommend this product and service. Don’t go anywhere else.

Couldn't fault their service or product. We ordered it to be delivered and installed just before Xmas. Was worried at first coz of this time of year but all was perfect, installer was very friendly and my daughter went nuts over her Xmas present. Trampoline is of very high quality, very impressed!

I purchased this trampoline to get my girls off their devices and tv and thank jah it worked most nights they are on it until dark or the mozzies which ever comes first, thankyou for having such a fabulous product.

I had been in contact on a few occassions with Springfree to get information about their products and installation. They were extremely helpful. The company who installed it sent out someone who did an excellent job and had lots of information about the trampoline and how to care for it and what to do if something was wrong. Highly recommend for service, quality and aftercare.

I arranged a layby with Springfree at the start of the year for the trampoline and extras bundle, so that I could avoid the big hit at the end of the year.
From the start, the process was so easy and staff always friendly.
Once the final payment was made at the end of November, the installation happened within a week! The installers were excellent, friendly and quick. Explained all the extras. Couldn't fault this service from end to end.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trampoline. My kids love it!

I called Springfree and requested to book the 'yard assessment service' and same-day installation, and was told "someone will call you back" to book the date and time. No phone call received. I called Springfree again today, 3 days later, and I was passed between two departments and got told the same thing again: "someone will call you back". Waited all day and still no phone call! So now I've bought a Vuly online instead. If the customer service is this poor for someone wanting to buy a trampoline, I certainly won't trust it to be any good if something goes wrong with the product. Poor form Springfree.

Best Buy ever : ) My 5 year old loves her Christmas Gift she even said we are the best Parents : )) Now its less iPad time and more lets jump on the trampoline and play basket ball time : )) So glad we went with Springfree Trampoline.. Amazing and very helpful customer service for sure ...The guy that came to install it was so friendly and knowledgeable...
