I ordered two tubs of protein powder and when I made the payment it did not state any other chargers than the two tubs I ordered.

Three days later my credit card was charged for a extra fee, which turned out to be a membership fee I didn't sign for. No receipt or notification sent to me.

I took screenshots and emailed the company requesting a refund and stated I did not authorize this charge.I got response which they stated that I had ticked the membership option, but howcome it was nowhere mention on the init ial receipt then, nor added to the total cost of the order??? And the charged separately three days later on my credit card.
They promised to refund the payment which I am currently waiting to appear on my account.

I ordered multiple boxes of my favourite protein bar. I'm a bit of an aficionado of this product and have been eating them as my favourite bachelorette chow for almost a year so I'm familiar with the 'seasonal fluctuations in taste and texture' as described on the packaging. The boxes i purchased, however, were just wrong - a gross mashup of hard and squishy. I thought 'this can't be right' and contacted Sprout Market. They basically fobbed me off with a very polite "that's no good! good luck with that!". I then contacted the manufacturer of the bar, who posted me out replacement boxes. Hmmmmmm....I know where I'll be going for customer service next time.

Do NOT give credit card details to this Fraudulent organisation.
I made a purchase and received product with no problem.
Then find my card was used to take $59.95 as 'membership', which is FRAUD.
I see from social media others have suffered to same theft.

I must say that my experience with Sprout Market was a pleasure in respect of ordering and receiving...The website was easy to navigate, the ordering procedure and checkout likewise. Then to top it all off, my shipment arrived earlier than expected, but with the appropriate information on the way. And, on unpacking, I found it to be exactly as ordered. Their deodorant kills all smells from the underarm (and also from feet - yes, I tried it there too!). It is not greasy, does not leave a deposit or stain on clothes and is totally amazing in all heat and humidity and exercise. Why did I not know about this years ago?
