Shipping takes way too long! If they don't have everything you ordered they wait until they get it and only then send out the entire order so it can take upto 10-14 days to receive the goods. Not worth the long wait. Considering you have to pay a nearly 60 dollar membership, faster shipping should be included or atleast send out what is in stock and the rest on a separate delivery once they arrive.

I asked them a simple question on line. If they supply a product. Two days later still no reply. Difficult to even find a phone number for Chatswood store. Pathetic.

Always so happy with the quality of my products! Delivery is always super quick and packages are always carefully packed! Would recommend to everyone!!

Product took a while to come, and then a month later they deducted $60 from my account without authorisation for so-called membership.
I was not warned about this and I’m very unimpressed. They have no phone number and apparently their address is fake. Do not order from this site, you have been warned.

I accidentally signed up for a year's membership. Due to ill health I didn't rescind this membership within the allotted time. When I explained this to Sprout they were sympathetic with my situation and provided me with a prompt refund. Thankyou Sprout!!

I bought some items, and was charged $59.95 membership fee. I contacted them to cancel membership but they do nothing. They said that, if you are not saving enough $59.95, they will refund. I saved $30 in 1st order and still not have any refund after 1 year.
Finally, they refund full fee $59.95 after I posted my review.

i bought some products.from.this.webside and accident join the membership. until.today i.found out my account been charge $59.95 annuel fee. i.was.worried. and then contact the sprout market, tell.them.the truth. and.then got.full refune of that. which solved.my.problems fast.

i purchased some products in the Chatswood store, the retail person do explain to me the different price as a member or non member (i will getting a wholesale price instead of retail price RRP; FREE organic butter chicken (vegan, dairy free or mayonaise); price match; delivery Australian wide and also extra discount if i do shopping instore and etc). so far i was so happy with they service also now I'm able to get the product that i wanted with a very cheap price ( i do compare they price with other retail store). and since i join the membership instore which is only 29.95 (for one year) so its only $2.50/month to join as a member. Thank you sprout market helping my healthy life style more affordable!

I made a purchase as a non member and they automatically signed me up as a member and will charge the fee next month without my permission. Am attempting to cancel, but so far have had a copy and pasted reply saying how good they are and are yet to cancel my membership. Do not trust them with your details and instead go to a reputable seller. Will be reporting this shoddy company to the ACCC.

A total scam. I purchased a box of tea for $8.95 and was then charged a $59.95 membership fee to which I had not agreed. I had a bad feeling about these guys as soon as the shady delivery guy showed up...

Shocking customer service. Took over a week to receive goods, despite website saying 3-6 days and then when package finally arrived it was missing an item. Now having trouble getting a refund for missing item (which is apparently out of stock however I was never advised of this). Their behaviour is contrary to their own terms and conditions outlined on their website.

This is not exactly a niche business, I'll be going back to their competitors who dispatch next business day, have real time stock management systems and provide actual customer service.

I ordered 2 packs of tea, it arrived with out any problems, i though this was good but i have now been charged an extra amount $59.95 far more than the cost of the tea, I'm not happy about this at all, its not worth it, be very careful that you don't get scammed out of money as well.

I'm absolutely appalled at the unauthorised payment of 59.95 they charge for a membership fee. Will definitely be contacting ACCC.
