A good product but some flaws
I bought this 56 piece cutlery set some months ago but only recently discovered when using one of the forks for the first time that it had a small rough section along one side. The price when I bought was very good, having been reduced to $79. On returning the set to the store, Harris Scarf, they offered to exchange the set for some other models they had in stock or a refund. As we didn't want the other models we took the refund with the aim of watching out for another good special.

I am wondering why Harris Scarfe won’t accept my 56 piece Noah cutlery set back due to the knives having rust where the name stamp is? They advised Stanley Rogers will not accept returns due to rust. I’ve only had it for about 2 weeks
UPDATE. Harris Scarfe have refunded me the whole amount. They do however advise that Stanley Rogers won’t accept returns due to rust. Thank you Harris Scarfe for doing this.

Sorry Inkta but I can't explain why they won't accept it. When I returned a set to them because of a rough edge to a fork I had no problem. In fact I was wondering if hey could get just the one item replaced and the staff told me to bring the whole set back. We then bought a different SR model as they didn't have the same set there.
