We have a capsule series 60/A/2010/1and find it very hard to release capsule from base, it seems to have a lot of tension on handle to pull and release. Are you able to adjust the tension.

Hello, we’ve been given a Steelcraft capsule “Cruiser infant carrier” model 60/a/2010. Manufactured 14/03/2012. It doesn’t look very padded compared to a newer model and I’m worried it may be missing an insert or something. Does this series/date still comply with current safety standards?
