5 weeks I've been waiting for my boxers with no actual answers from the company. Constantly being fobbed off. Firstly they were returned by customs, then their out with Royal Mail with no tracking number.
Very poor performance.

I've now owned 8 pairs. They're quite comfortable - tho for the price I wish they'd not be so quick to get holes! The waistband does tend to roll over a bit - I'm not sure why it's so large. But still, most comfortable undies I've bought, so I'll keep buying em.
... That is, until someone else makes a pair that is just as good and isn't so bloody ugly. Definitely the ugliest looking design in undies I've seen. The colors are bad, the black crotch thing looks weird, the logo is ugly. Even the ads have gooby looking dudes like me - which, I hate to say, doesn't give a good impression.

Of all the luxuries that our modern society affords us; these goddamn boxers sit right at the peak of a mountain of decadence for only 30 buckaroos. You're spoiling yourself by wearing these. It feels like a silky angel from heaven is hugging the lower half of my body, it's so soft that it has me wondering if everyone at StepOne sold their souls to keep their fabrics as soft as it is...

I'll tell you now though, these boxers are like heroin; once you've tried them, you just can't go back to the regular stuff, you'll be coming back for more and more pairs, chasing that fluffy dragon.

I bought 8 pairs of cotton undies end of last year, then chucked out all my bonds brand undies. The cotton ones were ok, but they're too warm and the legs bunch up to much.
I'll be placing an order for more step one undies.

I have found the trunks to be more suitable for me, they are very comfortable to wear and different type of underwear I have not used before. The next step is to see what life I will get out of a pair of Step ones. I am impressed so far guys...

The quality is great they actually are surprisingly comfortable. Was a bit skeptical when purchasing but overall this is probably the best underwear i have ever worn. Will be purchasing some more.

My attention to the "Step One" underwear brand was the excellent television advertising.
Lots of different ads showing the different colours and styles.
I initally purchased 1 of each colour available (9 at that time)
I then purchased 4 of the "Coffee Bean" colourand 4 Of the "Gumballs" colour.
I have both the boxers and trunks.
Being a nusre i walk several steps each day and my job involves lots of bending down.
Normally i would get sweaty and i would chaf wearing other bands of underwear,
but with Step One i do not sweat or chaf.
They are also very supportive, and keep everything in place.

My partner suffers chaffing while working so I bought him 1 pair and after work today, his first words were "honey, all I can say is Step One, Get Some!"

Just have to say, I’m so impressed with the customer service of this company, and the quality of the product. I was a bit worried about the price for just a pair of undies, but my son raved about them (I know, he’ll kill me if he saw me writing this) and said it was like he was wearing nothing! Had to use the 1st pair guarantee as first pair were a tad small, but it was not a problem for them, 2nd pair in larger size received quickly in the mail at no cost and we’re a perfect fit. Will be buying more!
