Made in China, shipping from China and may i add with what seems to be their best efforts to hide this. I bought one pair to try. Expensive for the quality level and false advertising in my opinion. I will be contacting them shortly to ask for my money back. Don't get me wrong, not terrible. Just average with efforts to hide the Made in China label.

We make them ethically in China, we don't hide it, in fact, we have a page on our home screen dedicated to the process and all the certifications we have to ensure our factories are ethically accredited. https://stepone.life/pages/ethical I have and (used to) visit the factories on a regular basis to ensure QC and we have a full-time staff member on the ground ensuring the best quality.
We ship from Sydney and have a warehouse in Ingleburn. We also off a 30-day First Pair Guarantee, so if you don't love them or would like another size, we'll either refund you or send out a new size for you.
We don't hide anything about our process, we are a small and proud Aussie company and happy to answer any questions about our product or ethics.

Is there a flap to open and piddle or do you have to pull down from the elastic?

Pull down from the elastic or pull up the leg. That's why I like them less material around that area, keeping it cooler.
You have to pull down from elastic or pull up from leg but worth it all for the comfort

On your website it says the boxers are 3 cm longer but what is the full length of these?

Hi Toby F. - my boxers [gum ball pink] are 33 cm from top of waist support and 30 cm on my trunks [juicy plums] and both great fit.

Hi I have now bought 12 pairs of these underpants and my husband loves them, but my concern is that they only last 6-8wks the seems start tp Frey at the crutch. I would understand if the were poor quality but they are not. I would like to buy 12more for him but I am concerned that they will continue to frey can you explain why this is happening.

They are flimsy compared to what I have been wearing like Bonds & Mitch Dowd, so I am not surprised with your concern. Remember they are made in China. I normally get 12 months out of a pair of undies.

I recommend them and the material is good for work and even sport
I genuinely cannot feel then when they’re on. I like freedom, and if nudity were not frowned upon in high streets I’d be bare naked all day. Aside from my gentleman and his friends being firmly held in position all day, I still have that naked feel about me. They also allow permit my nether region to breathe, so I’d assume that any form of chaffing or other soreness would benefit from their silky ‘no lining rub’ feel

Don't bother they don't ship them anyway... still waiting after 2 weeks, even paid express postage. gave the same nonsense excuse as others in the reviews (warehouse couldn't verify address, even though i have purchased before)
They took 5 working days to arrive I not sure on the return process as don’t need it as I’m ordering more.
Take up to 6/7 days for delivery due to this shutdown they come from Sydney . Aus, not positive where they are made. If you have issues/email them and you will get a fairly fast reply. 2/3 days in the warehouse to process,then 6 odd days delivery. I can’t talk highly enough of them. Purchase 10 pair all up for self & son. Brilliant. Waiting is a pain,but you will have happy nuts when you wear them. Good logo I think. HAPPY NUTS forgot to say that you get a full refund on product unopened,if not satisfied.unless faulty,they replace first pair free. Use their sizing guide.free.
