best reg grundies ive ever worn, easy to order online, great to wear riding bike and exercising, quality good but have noticed the waist band is starting to split in places on 1 pair about to order 7 pack now

My attention to the "Step One" underwear brand was the excellent television advertising.
Lots of different ads showing the different colours and styles.
I initally purchased 1 of each colour available (9 at that time)
I then purchased 4 of the "Coffee Bean" colourand 4 Of the "Gumballs" colour.
I have both the boxers and trunks.
Being a nusre i walk several steps each day and my job involves lots of bending down.
Normally i would get sweaty and i would chaf wearing other bands of underwear,
but with Step One i do not sweat or chaf.
They are also very supportive, and keep everything in place.

My partner suffers chaffing while working so I bought him 1 pair and after work today, his first words were "honey, all I can say is Step One, Get Some!"

Just have to say, I’m so impressed with the customer service of this company, and the quality of the product. I was a bit worried about the price for just a pair of undies, but my son raved about them (I know, he’ll kill me if he saw me writing this) and said it was like he was wearing nothing! Had to use the 1st pair guarantee as first pair were a tad small, but it was not a problem for them, 2nd pair in larger size received quickly in the mail at no cost and we’re a perfect fit. Will be buying more!

So big ticks for customer service and product quality!

Ordered over two weeks ago, still no sign and little communication. Will expect a full refund and have already placed an order with other company. Poor show, expected better after all the positive reviews.

They are Not the most comfortable undies I’ve ever worn. Front pouch is weird. Not made for larger legs or Sizing is off, wouldn’t waste money trying a larger size.

Most comfortable underwear i have ever worn. As a man with bigger legs my old underwear would ride up and i would chaff on the odd occasion. Not anymore. They never ride up. They are the most comfortable underpants I have ever worn.

I have never written a review for any product but I feel compelled to write to say the pair of underwear I have on as I’m writing this are undoubtably the most comfortable pair I have ever had on. I’m an executive in a suit who changes into gym gear after work and these bad boys take the lot. Silky smooth and at home in Armani or Adidas. I have subsequently emailed all of my boys to say the ads are real, get on ‘em.
Now to figure out the washing machine so I can wear them every day..or of course buy more. StepOne for PM
