Stihl Customer Service AMAZING
I went to the Stihl store in Midland, I have never had such impeccable service!
The guys were great, friendly and helped sort out my issue from another store. They worked quickly and efficiently I am more then happy 10/10!

Great product denegrated by poor Australian representation
I bought a Stihl MS461 chainsaw based on the rebate offered. The local dealer at Erina, Central Coast NSW didn't pass on the rebate conditions, the warranty was registered but I was told that the rebate was processed seperately. Stihl failed to honour the rebate. My loss was $300.
