I bought several of them for induvidual rooms. Now all the batteries are not lasting more than 10 secs. My battery shop got me in a replacement battery. It seemed to work but it beeps every 5 secs and is not recharging. I have tried the battery in another of my units and it is doing the same thing. Is it a faulty battery or have I missed a step
in installing it?

Dustbin not connected properly. Dustbin issue.
Failure Code Failure Cause How to solve
E001 Ground detection sensors Clean the sensors at the front bottom of the vacuum
E002 Main brush Clean rubbish such as hair and thread wrapped on the brush
E003 Power off Use the adaptor to charge, after fully charged, then use again
E004 Left & right wheel Check the left and right wheels are clear from any dust build up
E005 Dustbin issue Check the dustbin is connected correctly to the vacuum

Ive got an Aldi cleaning robot. Purchased November 2018.
I get the ertir message E0 12.
Cant find the user manual anywhere. All the manuals online even on the Stirling Appliances website are not for my model.
Does anyone know what this means?

Ok answered my own question. The error codes are on a sticker under the cleaning mop. E0 12 = low tank level.
A little bit of water added and its all good now.

I have ordered all my required parts with great success through this source. Batteries can be obtained by searching ebay, Stirling (Aldi) Robot Vacuum. This has proved successful for me also. Make sure you sight and note the battery fitted in the unit before ordering to ensure you obtain the correct one.
