The side rotary brushes on my robot are not turning. I have removed and cleaned but still no movement. Any suggestions?
My robot vacuum has been working fine for a few weeks but now it won't stay on the charging station. It rolls onto it and just reverses off every time. I cleaned the sensors, moved the base and even put it on by hand and it won't charge up. Does anyone have similar issues and maybe know of a fix?
Robot vacuum sensors not working. Does not back off when there is an obstacle. Any suggestions?

I bought Stirling Robot Vacuum cleaner from Aldi last Saturday (24th Nov 2018). It is model EE-2572 with wet mop. Charged it overnight. Next morning I tried it in dining room which has vinyl floor .I pressed remote,turned it on and selected mode, only went a few inches stopped and beeped and had 10 03 in display. Has done this on all modes. cannot find dock, even if put right in front of it. does not move on carpet either. Removed trailing bar and mop, moved smoother but did the same. does same on every mode. What am I doing wrong, or is there something wrong with it?
I th8nk you can plug the power directly into the machine and not use the dock8ng station. That’s what I do but m8ne is older.
If Robot left on and cleaning fine while we are absent, but gets an error message, will Robot auto shut down after a time?
I think that they just stop where they are. Not sure if this is good for the battery, though.

I am very happy with this product however when I was cleaning the rollers I lost one of the little fittings down the drain, can I buy new rollers with the attachments. Machine is still under warranty.
Love the robot vacuum except for the lights and beeps. I’ve managed to block the blue lights with duct tape but I can’t stop the beeping. I need a robot vacuum that will just stop if there’s a problem instead of beeping every few seconds like “I’m the most IMPORTANT thing in the house and need your IMMEDIATE ATTENTION or I’m going to wake the baby and annoy the neighbours until you rush over to fix me NOW“
Does anyone know how to disable the beeps? Or where can I get one that doesn’t beep?
The blue light is UV for antibacterial sterilising. ie kills germs on the surface. It can be turn off by pressing the UV key on the remote. Not sure the beeping can be turned off. It's a safety/warning beep
You could try the same as with annoying toys, find the speaker and cover with tape to make it quieter...

Read morecate the speaker position and then drilled a hole over it in the top cover, near the SPOT button. I then used some hot glue to muffle the speaker unit. I can hardly hear it even when I'm next to it. If anyone wants the exact location they will need let me know how to upload a photo here.

Hi I have one of these robot vacs. I have fully charged it overnight and it only runs for a short time for a second and then stops if I press Auto or anything else that what it does. Auto run spot or wall on the screen just flash it doesn't stay solid is there anyone that can help me with this problem
I suggest the battery has ‘died’. Ours did the same as you described. Bought a new 14.4V battery on eBay for $37. Runs like new again. Battery is very easy to change; just 2 screws underneath the machine.
Had this a couple of times & usually means the battery is overloaded, the LED charge lights all flash. Try taking the roller head off and see if the vacuum runs OK, if it does them remove the roller, ...

Where can i buy another one? Aldi does not seem to sell any more. Mine is four years now and has died but happy with its performance and follow up care. IT just goes in circles and no longer cleans do you know the problem. Maria
You can call hotline ALDI if they still on sell now. Mine is also four years. It is still in good conditions. Your robot goes in circles. i think you can check if the wheel is broken?
How can I buy the brush sides as they are totally damaged?
