I have found Cassandra Gallo to be professional, prompt with responses and able to effectively manage the building I reside in. She is always attentive to any issues and ensures a prompt resolution to the problem at hand. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cassandra as a Strata Manager.

Sarah Copley was a pleasure to deal with, had an emergency late on a Friday before a long weekend and Sarah sorted it with no fuss straight away. If only all Strata Managers were the same.

I would like to say a big thank you to our strata manager Rhianna. She works tirelessly for our building, is not afraid to tackle issues, and is person that not only follows up on issues and work, but gets them done. She is outstanding and a credit to STM.

Most thankful and impressed by Strata Title Services. My contact person was Hira. I had an urgent water leakage issue from the ceiling and Hira attended to it immediately and send out a plumber who was able to identify the leakage and the solution. By her assurance, support and strong customer services, it had alleviated my anxiety knowing she was looking after it. This happened in the midst of the storm and rain when plumbers were all so busy. Thank you, Hira. So glad you were there.

Out Strata Manager, Daniel works extremely hard for us. He is so helpfully in the finance area and when I need information on our building’s budget his response is very quick.
He has been invaluable to us over the last year with help with legal items and in general matters.

STM is trying to provide a better service to meet owners' expectation. They communicate effectively and always respect OC's request. Our strata manager Daniel helped find a lift representative company to negotiate with our current lift service company and get a very good result. Our OC are happy to cooperate with STM and make our building better and better...

Compare to our previous strata management companies, STM is the best! We have just signed an other three years contract with STM. All good so far!

Brianca and Tully at STMG provide our strata committee in the eastern suburbs with attentive and responsive service. They look into the relevant legalities and services that our building requires and make arrangements quickly. They also manage the complex politics around running a building carefully.

Our complex is a brand new of 14 Townhouses and 1 home. This is the first time I have been in a Strata situation . I have found our Strata Manager Karla so very helpful .I have had quite a few questions to ask over the last three years and Karla has always been ready with an answer she answers my email the same day . STM has provided excellent service to our Strata Plan for over 35 yrs. Their representatives over the years have always been available, knowledgeable and prompt. The present representative, Karla, carries on this great service tradition.

Sarah Copley is lovely to deal with and very helpful. The first strata manager to actually get back to you within 24 hours which is rare! I would recommend to anyone! :)

Our Manager Rene has been in charge of our account for a number of years. In all those years his aptitude and attitude towards our account have been exemplary. His preparation before meetings has been excellent as a result decisions can be made quickly and efficiently.
