I have found Cassandra Gallo to be professional, prompt with responses and able to effectively manage the building I reside in. She is always attentive to any issues and ensures a prompt resolution to the problem at hand. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cassandra as a Strata Manager.

Exceptional Services

Most thankful and impressed by Strata Title Services. My contact person was Hira. I had an urgent water leakage issue from the ceiling and Hira attended to it immediately and send out a plumber who was able to identify the leakage and the solution. By her assurance, support and strong customer services, it had alleviated my anxiety knowing she was looking after it. This happened in the midst of the storm and rain when plumbers were all so busy. Thank you, Hira. So glad you were there.

We continuously work with STM!

STM is trying to provide a better service to meet owners' expectation. They communicate effectively and always respect OC's request. Our strata manager Daniel helped find a lift representative company to negotiate with our current lift service company and get a very good result. Our OC are happy to cooperate with STM and make our building better and better...

Compare to our previous strata management companies, STM is the best! We have just signed an other three years contract with STM. All good so far!

Our complex is a brand new of 14 Townhouses and 1 home. This is the first time I have been in a Strata situation . I have found our Strata Manager Karla so very helpful .I have had quite a few questions to ask over the last three years and Karla has always been ready with an answer she answers my email the same day . Karla explains the how,when, where and why of how a Body Corp. works her knowledge is amazing.I believe myself and our Body Corp. would be lost without her......Thanks Karla

I recently had cause to raise an issue with our building's strata manager, Hira Zaheer. It was my first time contacting Hira and I found her great to deal with. Her communication, and the speed with which she addressed the issue were excellent. She contacted me promptly, kept me up to date and, most importantly, resolved the issue. I wish all property managers could be as efficient and professional as she is!

Hi, I am staying at Harris Park and we have 4 units in our building (All 4 are rented). We are using 6 garbage bins and every Monday, we have to put the garbage bin out and get them in the next morning. I am not sure whether Strata should be taken care of this process or each unit people in that building should be taken care of. Please let me know if I reached out the wrong team for this issue. I am having issues with strata. The issues are strata received a complaint and without asking or letting me defend myself have commanded my real estate agent/ landlord to evict me. If they did ask me they would’ve found out I have evidence proving a hate campaign in me to try and shut me up about things going missing and so on. What can I do about this bias corrupt behaviour. FYI, the strata company is STRATA TITLE MANAGEMENT.

Hello. If you go to 'Profile' (top right corner), then select 'My Account' from the left hand side menu, you should see the image above your Nickname. Hover over the image, then 'change picture' will appear. Click on this, then press 'Choose file' to replace your current image with another of choice. Please note, the image must be less than 5MB.
