The website/app is great very easy to find what I’m looking for very word search, And the range is extensive. I love that I can buy the large sizes. I would appreciate faster delivery times to NZ however, two weeks can be a frustrating wait.

As I can no longer obtain Shiseido in AU Strawberrynet has been a lifeline. When YSL changed the format of a mascara I have used for years and which has made it unusable for me my monies were refunded in full. I cannot speak highly enough of this facility.

I have shopped at Strawberrynet for over 15 years. All products are genuine. One of my fav brands, Cle de Peau, is hard to find, so I always head to their site to stock up. The online and mobile interfaces are improving all the time. My loyalty rewards make me come back for good offers. Check prices elsewhere though, to make sure you get the best deal.

This website is very disappointing!! I created a new login with my new maiden name and was advised via email to prove that I am myself with 3months of my bank statement and/or photo of my credit card!! This is not acceptable and an invasion of privacy. They say it’s to fight against fraud but what do they do with all that information?!? Are they fraud themselves?!? PayPal would be sufficient as a confirmation!
I would rather pay extra than buy from Strawberrynet!!

I bought a bottle of Coco Chanel perfume for $300. After a few months I noticed that it did not seem as strong as my last bottle. I recently compared with a friends bottle and it definitely smells different, doesn't last at all and is not even a nice scent. Strawberrynet refuse to offer a replacement or refund.
