Went on line to buy a pair of Brooks, but didn't have the size I was looking for so I phoned the store. The Sales Support Team were nothing short of exceptional... The Store advised that it would take only a day to order the style in and I would have them within a week. Their staff then installed the shoe on their website so could buy them and presto, a week later I had the runners... AND !!!! Even after I did a mere male dumb thing and ordered Women's instead of Mens, the staff knew it was my order, fixed my online order and shipped out the correct shoe... Im now a member... and will continue to buy from these guys...

Tried men’s runners in Athletes Foot, then found Stringers were $30 cheaper online. Delivery took 1 week express post to Perth and they threw in a free pair of socks, which my son loved, just wish they were avail to order!

Web Page was easy to navigate and the item required in stock. Following my order I received excellent communication with regards to proposed delivery. The item was forwarded and received within 4 days which to my mind is very good. Price structure is without doubt very competitive.
Will certainly use again should need arise and definitely recommend to anyone interested.

I ordered a couple of pairs of Brooks running shoes, and I will admit that it was a busy time of year, around Easter. I received a call soon after that there would be a bit of a delay, as the stock would have to be ordered from Brooks. Mildly annoying but at least they called and explained.
A few days later, I received another call with an update, giving me a time-frame for delivery, which was better than I had anticipated.
Then a third call, telling me that the shoes were in store and ready to deliver. Yeah, it took a bit longer than I thought (about 10 days from the initial order) but the follow up calls were great customer service and much appreciated.
My wife has ordered shoes from Stringers online since and they arrived in 3 days.

New season football boots with the best prices I could find, quality product and super fast shipping over a period with a couple public holidays. Kept well updated with the after sale process with emails. And a free pair of socks.

I initially ordered a pair of Nike running shoes online and had paid, but I was soon informed that they had run out of stock. I was then offered a pair of casual wear shoes of the same price. I then asked if I could instead have a different model of shoes (since i wanted running shoes) which were a bit more expensive and offered to pay the difference. Stringer sports were happy to send me my requested pair without additional charge. This was all sorted out within a day via email. I even received a pair of socks with my shoes, and they came very quickly by post and I live in a remote Northern Territory town. Very happy with their service, recommended and would buy from them again.

I have bought running shoes from these guys for 3 years. I buy wide shoes (2E) which are otherwise hard to find in stores. Easy to navigate site, great price, shoes always arrive within a few days.
Exceptional service.

I purchase approx. 2-4 pairs of work/running shoes per year. The staff (Particularly Helen) always give the best deal available, and help for difficult sizes etc. I had a faulty pair of shoes a year ago, and the staff organised a replacement pair from the manufacturer straight away.

I put in my order last friday. I got a great deal for some netball shoes that were $150-$190 in retail stores and to top it off the shoes arrived today monday. I'm so happy!!

brought back at the start of February got posted out to me on the 2nd still waiting now on the 10th. Messaged them today asking why i never got a tracking number. States on the website not all countries do tracking for Australian post and it is no fault of theirs if product doesnt turn up. NZ definatly does have tracking have used Australia post multiple times an usually have it on my door step within 5 working days without a doubt. 8 days later still nothing. Have emailed them stating this now just waiting on a reply.

Ordered a pairs of ASICS trainers. Dispatched next day and arrived in Rockhampton in 3 business days which was earlier than expected. Product exactly as described and included ASICS socks. Very happy and would recommend to others.

As per other reviews, was sceptical about ordering from Stringer Sports given the mixed review. Took the leap and paid off. Great price, right product, communication emails were clear and shoes were received quickly. Even received a free pair of socks! Will use again if I see another bargin.

Ordered a pair of Asics for delivery to Central Coast NSW they were delivered in about 3 days. I first called to check they had the pair I wanted in my size the lady who answered the phone checked the stock and let me know they were in stock so I went online and ordered..They were the cheapest I could find online for my particular shoes and I got the free pair of socks which were asics brand..So my experience with Stringer Sports has been perfect from start to finish..I will order here again next time.
