Brilliant New Family Home!
A big thank you to the Brisbane East Team! Especially Lisa who has helped us greatly throughout the entire process. We carefully sifted through a number of builders, and finally selected Stroud Homes due to efficient response to our interest and We are glad that we made the right choice.

much features and attractive inclusions given to choose from, But Lisa and David were tremendously patient to us. They know our budget, they tried to brief us through all the options and ensuring we understood what we were looking for, and also provided us suggestions based on their expertise. Nothing was too silly or too much to ask as we are totally new to the building process. Most importantly, all quotes are clearly stated Black & White, no surprises at the end of the building. We had additional requests that comes up during the middle of the build, which were never refused by Lisa. She will have the requests carefully examined by the site manager, Matthew. Matthew and his team had been wonderful. Queries throughout the process were responded to promptly, not only that, weekly updates were provided with pictures, conversations messages and emails about the building process and what was coming up next. We were always look forward for the weekly updates, and it had become our routine to do so & also a big thank you to Shennyn for her administrative support throughout the process as well, it was very helpful. Excellent communication experience and excellent workmanship has gone to the creation of our Brand New Family Home. We thank you Stroud Homes Brisbane East for making our first home dreams comes true. We recommend Stroud Homes without any hesitation.1 comment

as due for practical completion on June 18th, however was handed over on May 17th, a month before PC was due making your total build time just 13.5 weeks. Couldn’t have been a better experience
Our knockdown rebuild was managed with calm expertise. Dave Adams was always clear and precise and made the process a joy. His offsider Matt, listened and implemented with great accuracy and friendliness. On the accounts side, Lisa and Shennyn were bright, breezy and efficient. In speaking with David and Lisa they explained to me that you always made payments really fast (the longest wait being 1 hour) - thanks so much, this makes it so easy to keep on schedule to deliver your home both quickly and of high quality. I’ve also been told that when there was something that you didn’t like the look of, or thought it should be different, you approached the team calmly and were so easy to work with and resolve any queries. David and Lisa were so happy to be invited to your home for your house warming, they were so grateful to be part of making your dream home a reality. You did have to deal with a large rain event during the excavation phase of your build, delaying the build by two weeks, however David has told me that your home still ended up reaching practical completion 3 weeks early – it was so helpful that you were so patient and understanding during this period. Everything was managed and handled very well, went above and beyond for me as my first time building. Made it as simple as they could. Having an externally arrange designer for colour selections was great and getting and externally arranged handover inspector relieved a lot of stress. Always fast to respond to calls and e-mails. I would use them again.
