Updated progress of our house via "voxer app" is really very helpful to us since we are miles away(6/12 hour drive) from Toowoomba. We are happy with the cost which they honestly met our budget. The quality of their job are beyond exceptional. Any issues are actioned immediately and very accurate on the target date in building our house - earlier that expected actually! :)

Custom Plans coming to life!
I selected the Stroud Homes Toowoomba Team as I needed accurate costs upfront so I could get finance approved. My blocks is slightly difficult and I do need quite a bit of earth works. Pat was great with providing me usually 3 options for anything our of the ordinary usually a low, med and high so I could decide on what was right for me and my family keeping in mind I want a high quality home but for value.

Fantastic Experience From Start To Finish
We knew our build wasn't going to be a small job as we were wanting a complete turn key package. A home we could simply move into and start enjoying. Our new home not only had to include retaining walls, driveways and pathways, fencing, turf and garden edging, but it had to include our dream shed too.

. Pat, Megan, Deb, our building supervisor Brendan, as well as all the other subbies / contractors were professional and easy to deal with. Even after signing our contract we made a number of changes and upgrades to our plan. Our requests were dealt with promptly as were any queries we had throughout the entire building process. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys! Communication was great with weekly updates from Brendan, as well as numerous other phone calls, messages and emails from all involved. Not only did Stroud Homes Toowoomba have to construct a near 400m2 Customized Wildflower with an Attached Granny Flat, but they had to supply us with our 24 metre dream shed, as well as fully landscape our near 3/4 acre block. Pat and the team had no trouble completing it all, and they did so ahead of schedule.1 comment

It was also impressive how Stroud Homes gave importance to keeping its clients always in the loop every step of the building process until its completion. They would provide weekly updates and progress and timely at responding to emails and phone calls. The good communication that we had with the Stroud team was enough indication that we were in great and customer-committed hands, and what an immense relief it was. We couldn't be more delighted with Stroud Homes Toowoomba's quality of build as they kept true to their promise. The independent third-party certifier was big consideration in our decision to build with Stroud Homes. The pre-handover report from the independent certifier had given us some peace of mind knowing that the issues raised were simply minor and were easy to fix, and to me, that spoke volumes of the team's quality of build. Moreover, Stroud's after build service is something that I would highly commend. The team had contacted us 18 months later after handover to find out for any possible issues and concerns that needed to be addressed to, and for me, that is praiseworthy. All identified issues were fixed promptly enough. In terms of cost, the build stayed within our budget and there were no surprises. Stroud Homes was impressively transparent and their contract was well-defined making the whole experience worthwhile and almost stress-free. Additionally, it was a big help that Patrick was very accommodating and always willing to give his practical advice when asked. In closing, a massive 'Thank You' to Stroud Homes Toowoomba, particularly to Patrick Neville, for the wonderful building experience and for supporting our project come alive. The service provided was way better than we ever expected and we would recommend Stroud to any of our family and friends in a heartbeat. The after sales service was the icing on the cake. we had a small problem with the oven on the weekend and straight away, although they had something planned, Pat and Megan were ready to sacrifice their own plans to fix the issue, which was something out of the builders control. I’m terms of costs, there were no changes from our initial quote to the end of the contract. We love our Stroud home.
Our new home in East Toowoomba was never going to be an easy build due to our small battleaxe block. However the team at Stroud Homes Toowoomba stuck it out with a lot of experience and expertise and our dream retirement home materialized into reality. Patrick and Deb were just so supportive and kept us in the loop for the whole build. Starting out looking for a new home was a daunting experience. Then I stumbled across the Stroud Homes website, the high level of inclusions was a relief to run into. We got good communication through out the build with the Voxer App. One of the most impressive things was how well the site was maintained through out the build. I was once told the sign of a good builder is a clean site and that couldn't of been truer. We are now 6 months in the home and there has be no maintenance issues to date.
