Hi, is coffee meant to come when you press the late option? I only get coffee when I press espresso and cappuccino.

Hi there, I just received my unit and have tried it out twice. Both times the milk was really frothy even though I had the froth on the lowest setting. Any ideas? Thanks

I have just purchased the EM5000. The milk frother is not working at all. I am still trying to make my very first coffee with this. Is it faulty or am I doing something wrong? I have tried all the options in the manual. Yes the lights are on, coffee part is working.

We have an EM5000 which is over 2 years old and has worked well and we use it every day. However recently it started to leak water from the bottom of the machine. Is there anything we can do to fix this?

Hi, this machine worked okay for a while, but now the coffee tastes extremely bitter and is undrinkable, and when I release the porta filter coffee spurts out and goes everywhere. Is there a new seal or something I need to fix this?

I bought the coffee machine last year. It was working very well, but just last couple month ago, the water doesn't come out well. Sometimes no water come out and the taste is different. Any advice pls?

My Machine is 2 1/2 years old and does not add the milk anymore I understand this is a common problem with the Cafe Barista EM5000. What is the cause of this problem. I called sunbeam customer service and they were unhelpful.

How can I improve the quality of the milk frothing?
It is too light and not creamy like coffee shops.
I had a sunbeam with a steaming wand which worked brilliantly.
I would like to be able to achieve the same milk quality with this machine.

I bought my machine about 2 years ago for Christmas, but I rarely use it, I might only used it like 10 times a year, the milk frothing is not working now, I can hear the steam but no milk come out. btw, I followed the instruction to clean the machine every time after use. Do I have to descale the machine or if this is the common issue? Thanks

How do i descale the machine em5000

When we are making a late` the milk doesnt come in automatically. We have to do it seperate to the late`. How can we reset it back to factory settings or is there a button or something we need to do to make it work together again!

Brand new machine not working at all. Follow all the instruction from the manual. But no water came out during the priming. I have removed the red plug before the priming.

How do i get a strong latte. I've tried a couple of different brands, pre-ground and beans that i have ground myself but it still comes out very weak. Or am I doing something wrong?
