This machine is so easy to use AND clean, plus it makes the BEST coffee! Because of this machine, my coffee intake has significantly increased, I find myself wanting more!!!! I have to consciously resist or I would drink coffee all day and night!
Before purchase, I read some reviews that claimed the coffee could be hotter. I have not found that to be the case. I followed the instructions to prime the machine (which would be important) then make my coffee. Any hotter and it would blister my mouth!
This is the perfect machine for people wanting a compact, efficient and economical machine that makes great coffee!

Makes a great coffee and is easy to use. This is a good product for those who want to use fresh beans (no pods) and don’t want to have to froth the milk themselves. The milk frother had a metal nozzle that fell off however it was probably decorative as the plastic nozzle underneath works perfectly fine. All in all a good product for a very reasonable price.

We love making coffee now each morning with the EM5000 unit. It's simple to use and easy to clean and is a great addition to every morning. The heat could be a little hotter for my liking but my parter says it's all fine and that its just me that things it's not hot

The EM5000 started out beautifully except that the coffee was never very hot. It is only used for a breakfast coffee, it is cleaned after every time it is used and descaled as per the manual but it has not lasted. It is not quite two years old and no longer froths in cappuccino and does not make a large cup coffee on automatic. About the only way is a manual latte to get any milk. Sunbeam would only consider a replacement up until 18 months. This really should have made it to two years. It seems that others have purchased it have had faults before two years of age sadly. Not good. I would not buy it again. I expect more years of service for a product that is only used to make about three coffees a day.

I purchase this machine approx 7 months ago. I wanted a machine which frothed milk, and this looked like the best affordable. I did not want to spend thousands. Only sad this machine does not grind coffee beans. I am buying ground coffee at the supermarket. I love the features, automatic cleaning and automatic milk frothing, removable milk compartment. The flavour is amazing! I never have to have takeaway coffee anymore.

Hubby brought this and wanted something simple to use and we got that. Great price and love we can use whatever coffee we like.
Just one button to clean product after use.
Love that we can take the milk container off and pop into fridge.
Super easy to use, only has a few buttons and had options of what type of coffee you want. As we as how much milk you would like.
Highly recommend to anyone.

Great coffee from this machine. I know from experience and family that coffee machines go up and down in results and quality but this is one of the better ones. I can dial up really decent lattes and you would think they were from a cafe. It gets used daily and all weekend. Simple top use and easy to clean - good machine!

This is a real pleasure to use. I feel that I have the hang of it now after some time learning its tricks. I can get cafe quality lattes whenever I wish now which may or may not be a good thing (been drinking way to may lol) It is easy enough to use but there are a few quirks to getting the most from it so I recommend really reading the manual properly. The machine is well made and looks good in our kitchen - a good purchase.

It was a steep learning curve for me using this machine but am now finding it is making the best coffees and lattes. Easy instructions to understand. The machine is easy to use and easy to clean even though I am making multiple coffees a day. I am very pleased with this purchase

This a good coffee machine, it has 3 decent coffee setting and the coffee turns out amazing, the frother is good too, I just wish it could be abit hotter but other than that it is good value for money, cleaning the coffee machine is a breeze as well, just flush water through and cleans very well. Good coffee machine for the price!!!!!

After years of buying coffee when out, I finally bought a coffee machine. I had never used one before and didn't want to spend too much money on my first coffee machine. I found this little machine, which is fantastic value, easy to use, easy to clean and the coffee tastes great. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone.

My mother in law bought this for us in April and we are really happy with it! We had a pod machine previously and the coffee just didnt taste as nice as a cafe coffee. This taste just like a cafe coffee but its so easy because the milk froths itself and the froth is hot thankfully!
Cleaning this machine is super easy which i appreciate as i am a busy mother. So far i would defiantly recommend it!

I love this machine. It saves me $4 every morning and has already paid for itself! I bought this because my sister has the exact same machine and she recommenced it. It really does deliver the goods. Coffee just like a cafe would make with beautifully frothed milk. Its all in getting good quality grounds and applying just the right pressure when patting it down. Get it just right and you will have THE best coffees. The machine itself is well made and completely reliable and you just need to keep the water tank full and the drip tray empty - plus the occasional descale.

We have had no issues at all. The machine is easy to use and incredible value for money! The contrils are very are simple to follow. The machine also has a great option of using a cup or mug. The water and milk container are both a good size. The machine is also easy to clean.

I like the features this machine offers in being able to use auto or manual. Works every time. The milk storage, heating and automatic milk cleaning functions are easy to use. Like the fact the milk container can be stored in the refrigerator. I prefer to use machine to heat and froth milk into a seperate frother to give a better froth. Price is reasonable.

This coffee machine is perfect. I bought for my office and everyone use it everyday. It taste yummy, smell good for office and is to clean. I have other coffee machine and it rubbish. This machine is also small and has not many parts. Other machine has lots of parts.

My hubby got this for me on valentines day! I always use the gloria jeans caramel infusion. Its a great machine! It never fails and every coffee tastes the same, even the temperature is the same ever cup. It is so simple to use and the clean up is so quick and easy.

We previously owned a very basic Sunbeam coffee machine which we were very happy with and it lasted a long time. We therefore were confident in buying another Sunbeam model. Sadly, we have been very disappointed. It is not as solid or robust as the older model - everything is plastic and flimsy feeling. The milk dispenser has stopped working properly after about 12 months and is difficult to clean. The pressure seems to vary considerably - sometimes there is lots of water left in the coffee basket after making the coffee, sometimes it is quite dry. I won't be buying one again.

simple to use and makes a great coffie. just load up the milk and put the ground beans in and push the button for what u want. just take some getting use to for the amount of milk you need. but if you use same size mug every time you just leave the milk setting
