Disappointed
We previously owned a very basic Sunbeam coffee machine which we were very happy with and it lasted a long time. We therefore were confident in buying another Sunbeam model. Sadly, we have been very disappointed. It is not as solid or robust as the older model - everything is plastic and flimsy feeling. The milk dispenser has stopped working properly after about 12 months and is difficult to clean. The pressure seems to vary considerably - sometimes there is lots of water left in the coffee basket after making the coffee, sometimes it is quite dry. I won't be buying one again.

Easy coffee shop coffee
Great looking compact machine to sit on the bench, very easy to use with a decent range of coffee options plus you can store your own custom options. Makes awesome tasting coffee! One button cleaning when you are finished makes for a no fuss clean up. Highly recommend for coffee lovers.

Love this machine
I love this machine, it is so easy to use and clean, and the coffee is much better than the coffee produced by our Delonghi at work. Priced at under $200, I was a little worried that the flavour wouldnt be there, but I was wrong, coffee has amazing flavour and great creme on top!!

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with the machine. The coffee tastes worse than the one made out of $20 machine. I purchased from Kogan and I was told it’s not returnable. I wasted $200! So disappointed with the taste of the coffee. I haven’t used machine long enough to tell how long the machine can last which in my case will not make much difference, because I don’t think I’ll use this machine for long!

Nice coffee machine for what it's worth
My first coffee machine and didn't want to spend much on it as I have read that unless you spend a fortune, you don't really get good coffee machines. But I must say that this coffee machine is really good value for the money.
Initially we didn't like it and thought we had wasted the money but it was our mistake. It took a while to get hands on operating coffee machine and we also tried several ground coffee to see which one tasted best and out of all, we found the Republica ground coffee tasted best for us.

le bit of skills but cleaning is little bit of a pain to be honest. If you are making 4-5 coffees (cap or latte) at a time, it's going to take some time. Having said that my verdict on this is that it's a good coffee machine and I'll certainly recommend that to anybody. I also bought it with 48 months extended warranty on top of 1 year manufacturer's warranty as I've read somewhere that coffee machines don't generally have long life or break often after some time.Similar opinion? Perfect Espresso Machine
- Love this machine, only takes 5 minutes for a cup of espresso or cappuchino every morning.
- It is automatic machine however you can long press the button for manual function.
- Very easy to clean, I don't use the plastic milk reservoir, just put milk in small cup for frothing.

Worth the money!
I bought this coffee machine for the family recently and it has been great and a big difference from instant coffee. The only problem is that the milk froth is the same for latte and cappuccino, however, for home coffee in the morning, this is an excellent buy. Would definitely recommend it to my friends!

This is very good.
Firstly, I used Delonghi for a long time but taste was not bad. I changed this coffee machine.
It was good with same ground coffee. Especially cappuccino is so delicious and easy making process. Also it is easy to clean after coffee is making. My daughter also love hot chocolate with milk frother.

Tastes like a real coffee
Good decisions are made when you have a great coffee. Highly impressed with my recent purchase. I feel as if I am in my favourite coffee shop every morning, when I become my very own barista. The sunbeam coffee machine is easy to use and very easy to clean. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a class A coffee

Simple to use yet effective
Great little coffee machine. Easy to use and clean and reasonably priced (I paid $199) for what you get considering a great coffee is produced. Not a great difference between the lattè setting and cappuccino setting. Plenty of froth comes out on the lowest setting for my liking. I like a nice strong hit of coffee so I prefer using the double shot as the single shot is too weak and milky for my taste buds. Perfect size and doesnt take up too much room in my small kitchen. Another plus is the water reservoir is a decent size so I only need to refill it a couple of times a week which is great as I'm lazy in the mornings.

Best home made coffee!
Excellent coffee machine! I always dreamed about it. I am passionate about coffee and now I can drink Cappuccino, Latte or even Espresso every morning. Also you can choose a size of cup (small or big one) that is very comfortable. You even can make whipped milk if you want! Coffee is tasty and aroma! Machine is easy washable and simple in using. I advice it!

Quick, easy coffee
The coffee tastes amazing, easy to use and a great way to quickly make a coffee in the morning. Cleaning it is very easy with the milk frother having a built in clean button, and being able to press a button and have the machine make a cappachino is invaliable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking into entry coffee machines, it's pretty g.

A little disappointing
I received this machine from Sunbeam as a replacement for a different model. The coffee it makes is okay, but the auto frother really lets it down. The froth it makes is very bubbly, rather than smooth and creamy. I would recommend a manual coffee machine over this semi automatic model.

Meets expectations
My wife bought me this machine last Xmas. It was on sale at BigW for $199.
Over a year ago i had done some research on budget coffee machines and a machine called "Mr Coffee- coffee barista" came up as very decent for a budget option on a US website. I then noticed that Sunbeam have the same machine but with their own branding.
The machine makes espressos, lattes and cappuccinos. I use it for lattes and its okay. It definitely meets my expectations of a $199 machine but doesn't exceed them. The machine parts are cheap and the as a whol...Read more
e its not very stylish, but is doesn't need to be for $199. Im not sure how long it will last but for now I'm happy. The coffee made is not as good as the $1 one from 7/11. I need to experiment with different coffee beans me thinks.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

PRIMO!
Given time to warm up it and the coffee mug, a great machine producing consistent coffee each time it's used.
I heat the coffee mug prior to making any coffee by running the machine with no coffee in the basket.
Hold the filter in the hand not on the bench top when tamping .
If you do tamp on the bench, over time, the plastic insert will be pushed up stripping the single Philips screw holding it in place.
I leave the frother at the 2pm mark.

So-so machine
This product has it's good and bad points...
Very erratic in the amount of milk that it dispensed. I always have to top the cup/mug up with varying amounts of milk.
The product is nowhere near hot enough, so I zap the cup/mug about 15-25 secs in the microwave to bring it up to expectations.
Otherwise it does make a very enjoyable drink.
Underneath in the centre of the filter cup there is a small Phillips-head screw. Keep checking to make sure that this is tight. At about 6 months I lost the black plastic liner out of the inside of the fi...Read more

Coffee at home
I love it!
It's easy to use, doesn't burn the coffee or milk and all from my own home.
I decide to try and live a more environmentally friendly life in 2018.
1. No more take away coffee cups!
To help me out I decide that getting an espresso maker for home would stop my morning stop at McDonald's drive through on the way to work. (Yes they are happy to fill my keep cup but why waist the petrol or $5 a day)
The machine saves me big dollars and the hardest decision now is that coffee beans to buy.
It's quick to clean and I love that I don't need to froth the milk myself as it gives me time to cook breakfast.
