The handle on my Sunbeam Pizza Bake & Grill oven BT5350 is getting loose. I cannot tighten the holding screws from the inside because the screws are behind the glass of the door. Any ideas?
Hi George L, Unfortunately this is not a part that can be repaired on the oven. Of course if the oven is under warranty you can return for a replacement.

I purchased a Sunbeam Pizza Bake and Grill Oven today from Harvey Norman, Blenheim, New Zealand. When unwrapped, I found there is no hand book in the box. Does this model not have a book? I have purchased two earlier models over a number of years and am sure a book came with them.

Does the heating light keep going on and off when you when you want it to heat to 180.C? I just don't know when it has reached the temperature.

I would defrost your food in the microwave or follow the instructions on the food package.
Microwave on defrost for about 3-4 minutes. While this is happening preheat sunbeam oven to 180.

I am thinking about purchasing this oven but need to know if it's ok to grill meat while have the door opened instead of close? Please advise if this is possible? I prefer to grill lamb chop with open doors to get rid of the smell.

I don't grill meat in my oven. I use a ridge grill on my stove top and then I can use my rangehood to get rid of the smell and smoke.

Read morehow it works with the grilling function. If you have the Sunbeam manual to the Sunbeam Pizza Bake and Grill Oven, it should have instructions on how the grilling function works. You should also be able to locate the manual online. I have only ever used the Sunbeam Pizza Bake and Grill Oven to bake food and to toast bread (with the door closed). And it did not work very well on either the baking or the toasting function. I have since given my Sunbeam Pizza Bake and Grill Oven away - as I was not very happy with the product at all. In the end the only thing I used it for was to keep food warm. Sorry, I cannot help you with the grilling function.

Can you get another wire rack for this oven and what would it cost? I like this little oven a lot a but it would be nice to have another shelf to cook on.
I have no idea, that may be a question for the manufacturer. You are right a second shelf would be really useful.
I actually have 2 of everything because the first one died after 2 years. I dont actually care, the new one is ever better. This is the best oven. I dont use 2 racks at the same time, everything cooks so quickly I dont find it necessary.
