Friendly and helpful customer service. Installers were brilliant. The process was a bit slower than expected, about 9 weeks but I was kept informed at every step. Hailey who helped set up the WiFi monitoring was excellent.

The people from Sunboost arrived early and they were very professional and friendly.I would recommend them to anyone who wants to install a solar system.Also their quote for the job was very competitive.

My rating is on the customer service. I received a call from Justin who called from Sydney and judged me for getting enquiries for no reason. From the day i asked for quotation to the day i have my solar panels installed are already 10days. He was late in reaching me not to mention calling me off peak period disturbing me, he actually used a very rude tone to a customer. You would not want to trust anything he said and he indirectly imply to sunboost.

After enquiring about the 6.6kw system. I received a call the next day from Sunboost and received a really good deal. The process was really easy and straight forward, the overall timeframe fast. Installers were professional and answered questioned i had regarding the system. Was a pleasure dealing with this company.

I have to commend the installers for their great job in putting up these panels. It was raining most of the time they were working. My roof was steep and slippery. GREAT JOB GUYS !!! they made it look easy.

Panel Install was on time and clean, no issues with Christian fitting, Simon the salesman or with Johan the fitting organiser all very good at what they do very pleased.

From my purchase of the solar system with Finn to support team with Brian Clifford, installation organising with Lauren & Yashill from the service dept. & especially Barry from the service team who steered Me thru changing inverter settings due to grid being over voltage.

Installation team was excellent they left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Sunboost. I will know more about the savings re power once I am hooked up to the grid which I am told will happen shortly.

Easy installation process and excellent sales service. I was initially sceptical, due to the contract stating full payment was required before the installation would proceed. The issue was easily resolved.

My inverter was displaying alarm signs indicating it was not producing electricity. It was only installed in February. I rang the 1300 number and spoke to Shanaya. She very patiently walked me through the inverter settings until we sorted out the problem. Great service.

Felix was very thorough in hos explanation connecting my phone to the wifi dongle of the system. It took considerable time and different strategies, but eventually it worked perfectly! The follow up call to make sure all was working was very much appreciated, too.

My ongoing contact, Rex in admin was very helpful. Jobs involved were 127473 / 122170 / 127474.
the job has run smoothly and is now completed to my satisfaction.

This process has been excellent from go to woe. Sarah and Calvin did well from a customer service point of view. Osama and his team did a great job installing the 20 panels on our north facing roof. They were professional, informative and tidy. I can’t recommend them highly enough. 5 Stars.
