These guys are amazing, they sorted my super for me in a quick phone call. I didn't realise it was in a total mess until they did a search, now I am comfortable where I will be when I retire. I am busy and just assumed my super funds had everything under control. I couldn't have been more wrong. Now I am in a single fund suited to me and I will be much better off when I retire.

Over the moon they found all of my lost super!! The process was super simple and easy. I got all my money into one place and ended up saving money as well. I received the best customer service. Very happy with the outcome.

It’s been nice dealing with a genuine company. I’m always a bit hesitant when it comes to new things, but I was put at ease from the beginning. The first thing I was sent was a link to their financial services guide which had all the info about their licence, employees, qualifications, Abn and contact details. From there I spoke to Dave and Dom and they were very professional and informative. It’s comforting knowing I now have a registered financial adviser looking after me.

I was given info I had little knowledge or understanding about. Thank you Will, Marshall, Kyle, Ian. They helped me to reduce my super fees and raise my retirement amount.

The customer contact was one the best I have had in many years dealing with this kind of setup. No to be bias but talking to someone who speaks clear english made the process a lot easier.

Along with sorting my super they also found out I had been paying my old fund Colonial for two lots of income protection for the past 3 years. I’ve now been refunded. Glad I did the review.

They were calling my wife and making her believe they are from her super fund company.

Calling every day twice with only purpose of making her switch her super are creating confusion. I was not able to sort out when they send there site address and when they ask her which state do you live.

This is super bad.

I’m not very interested in financial stuff but by the same token, I like money and I want to make sure I have plenty of it when I retire. Super advice Australia have a been a great solution. I needed to tidy up a few things which meant paperwork and chasing stuff up. They did it all, and anything I needed to actually sign they followed up on to make sure it got done, right down to sending me the form filled in with a sign here sticker and a prepaid envelope to stick it in. Everything they have promised they have delivered on. Highly impressed.

this is a great thing and came at a good time, learnt so much that the superannuation people should be telling us, but learnt it all from the awesome people here, and each person I spoke to was so helpful and informative.
Just a bit concerned about the monthly fees as that was a shock.
