Supercheap Autos recent decision to stand down an employee for confronting a shoplifter, sends a completely wrong message to all. Damaging to staff morale, detrimental to customer confidence, insulting to the broader community, by being viewed as encouraging store theft. Little doubt that the resultant losses from this company policy, are simply passed on to regular customers. Something I'll certainly be considering when planning my next point of purchase. Congratulations to Autobahn for restoring the communities faith, in a clear matter of determining right from wrong.

Take a pram.. free for all! Seriously if your workplace punish staff for good intentions, then SCA isn't a place where I and numerous people I know will shop. Repco is taking my business from now on.

I won’t shop at sca, they support thieves. We are paying for the thieves they support. Shop elsewhere Don’t support thieves.

Supercheap Albury were unable to fit new wiper blades to my car - Autobarn will fit wiper blades for you free of charge.

They fired an employee for preventing stealing. Will literally never shop their again and will be returning my online order once it arrives. Terrible company.

Boycot suoercheap auto. They fired a hard working staff member for stopping a criminal in there store. This man deserves a pay increase not lose his job. Shame on supercheap auto. I will never enter this store again.

Just read how the company stood down a worker for stopping a thief. If the company can't support its workers I won't support them

My husband purchased car seat covers. All over the windows was advertised that they fit car seat covers, which is why he went there. The service is good he said but the staff said that they did not fit them ! Why not he asked ? It’s all over the window that you do ! Gave no real reason as to why they didn’t fit, just that they don’t ! Take the advertising off the windows, it is misleading !

Bought Morayfield Qld. Very difficult to assemble. Rang store. Told they won't assemble bikes as they could fall apart and said to ring Rebel Sports. Rang Rebel Sports and they refuse to assemble other companies bikes. Bike shops won't touch either as they are a heap of sh&t. My problem step 1 unpack, step 2 unscrew and mount front wheel to front fork. Well the fork is over inch too wide open and won't pull together plus missing parts. Extremely disappointed. All I can do is get a refund and spent 3 times the money on a real bike.

Supercheap Auto had a spend $100 and get $30 credit on their club members program. I when to purchase materials to work on my truck. When their Gosford Store could provide enough fuel lines to do the job I had to get the their store at Tuggerah. As a result of having to split my purchase I’m apparently no longer eligible for the $30 credit.

Got to love their loyalty program. Seems lacking in loyalty. Might be better off on Alibaba.com. In the future.

Friendly and helpful employees and everything you need for you car . Store is well located and easy to find. The girl at the front counter was very helpful with a great smile.

Stores are well staffed with knowledgeable people. Friday night opening hours allow shopping an early start for the task on the weekend. I have found Jack and the team at Bayswater Vic to be particularly helpful. Very unfortunate that when i got the product home it was already used and rusty.

Busselton store discriminate they are rude unhelpful, unfreindly, cant get parts right doesnt know the industry or car parts sells absolute throw away rubbish from China, not worth dealing with way tooo many chances given will never buy from any Supercheap store ever again

was at the deragun store saturday morning to buy a 4wd battery one of the men there i mssed his name he came out and tested it found a faulty clamp fixed it and i was on my way great service and help which is not common these days he is a great asset to your company and i will be back

Called the store to ask for help on trailer accessories. Ryan asked questions and provided info. I was down the store in minutes. Quick, friendly and above all knowledgeable...young man is an asset to a company that provides a pretty good service...well done and thanks.

Travelled 30km to find I'd been lied to about my eligibility on a deal.
Staff on-site denied the person I'd spoken to worked there!!! Until I told them I just spoke to him.

Went in to store to collect online order. Had heavy items to collect. Two young male sales staff who were not serving customers watched as I struggled to carry the items to my car in the rain. Won't be using Supercheap anymore. Super useless! Superbad customer service!

I ordered and paid for tyre spray. It took 10 months to hear from them after ringing and visiting the store. I walked in there today after waiting as I’ve said, 10 months and all I needed was a $4.00 refund after receiving the liquid cleaning in substitute for the spray. Nobody asked me if I agreed to it but I just wanted it done! I waited at least 10 minutes while somebody God knows who came to open the bloody till. Do you know what I walked out in disgust and told her to keep the money. I’d already waited so long and wanted to get the hell out of the most incompetent shop and I always wondered why it’s competitor up the road was so busy. Got my answer today, steer clear of Super Cheap Mildura! Hopeless when a Manager can’t open a till…..

It has been convenient to shop at this store for many years. Today I was asked to leave because I was carrying my small Shi Tzu dog, which I have on many previous occasions. Apparently dogs are unhealthy for humans. So goodbye Super Cheap!

Received a Supercheap Auto giftcard for Christmas $50. Went to Lawnton store to spend it!!! at checkout they could not find it in their system, refused to accept it, made to feel it was my fault somehow . Left store without using the $50 .Never again and have found Repco are much cheaper on lots of stuff and 10% off with RACQ card. Supercheap membership cards are 9/10 useless

Nat at the Morley store was very helpful. she went the extra mile to help us find the product we were after,even helping put it in the Car. Fantastic customer service
