Good stuff

My cat is not a fussy eater if you put food infront of her she will eat it.
I bought a packet of "purina supercoat tuna dry food" the other day and she smelt it but then walked away anyway 2 days pass and no luck in her eating it so i decided to soak them in warm water and now my cat loves them which is great because at the same time she is getting water in her too.
I took her to the vet for a check up 5 months later and she is in great health and still loves her food.

Hope you have pet insurance

I work at a vet at we just had the 5th cat being fees this [censored word removed] and come in blocked with struvite crystals and yes your cat can die if it can't pee and yes it can cost you thousands of dollars to fix if your cat if it survives so maybe spend the little extra money and buy premium food rather then end up with thousands of dollars in vet bills and having to buy expensive prescription diet at $40 a small bag. I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to pet food and I hope you have insurance to cover the Cost if it comes time and he needs his penis cut off to be able to pee cause that's about 5g and that's if the surgery works good lucky :)

Wrong balance of phosphates and minerals causing struvite crystals to grow

Bad Cat Food

published

This cat food is really bad for cats and i don't think anyone should by it. Don't just read what it says on the packet, do some research on cat food. Yucca in super coat is toxic to cats and cat foods shouldn't have wheat in them. Whiskas, purina ect are some of the worst cat foods on the market at the moment.

I buy the largest bag, around 9kg for my three cats from our local petbarn, I was very suprised with the quality as I had never really considered Supercoat when looking for a good, reputable brand of food for my cats. My cats love the taste, whereas in the past they have become fussy with other brands of food and stopped eating them. I find a major difference is they have very firm stools whereas with other brands they were having quite runnny stools. Im very happy with Supercoat and am now keeping my cats on it permanently.
Good size bags, affordable, my cats love the taste, firmer stools
Can only buy the large bags at outlet stores such as petbarn

I buy this for my cat all of the time and she really loves it. It is affordable (slightly more expensive than friskies and whiskers) and comes in a smaller package than some of the cheaper brands but it has more protein (about 30%) which is much better for your cat. I can't say that I have seen a large range of flavours but my cat seems to like the few that she has tried. The zip lock bags are good for storage as well.
good value and higher protein than other cat foods
a little more expensive than Friskies or Whiskers

I was first shocked that this was such a good product. Animals are happy to eat it and it is easy to find at your local supermarket.
A suprisingly good and affordable product, for a supermarket brand.
Doesnt match the quality of premium pet foods.
