They don't respond to emails been 6 weeks and no updates but according to Facebook some people are waiting for orders from December poor service can't even get in contact for a refund but they're advertising for mother's day

Will take your money and block you

I placed an order for items they were under In Stock category. Months have passed with no replies to emails, messenger or comments. Today when I saw that they were taking orders for In stock Items, I asked on a post what was happening to previous orders. I have now been blocked and my comments deleted.
A business can not be run this way.
I will be reporting on Facebook and be lodging an investigation to the ACC.
Stay clear of this business.

Never Again!

Order items in November 2022 was told time and time again would have them for Christmas, they did not arrive until January 2020, then my nephews was missing the silhouette printing so just looked like a blob of nothing on the blanket, returned the item was told to send receipt for postage for reimbursement, 8 weeks later no reimbursement, no new blanket, will never order off them again!!!

I put in a order on the 1st of January 2020 giving enough time for them to make two personalised pram blankets with my new daughter's name on them when I asked about my order as I had waited 8 weeks all up I got different excuses everytime I called or messaged i asked for a refund twice and got ignored lucky i paid threw afterpay and they were on my side and able to get me a refund this company is in way over there head now with all the thing's the offer but are unable to keep up.

Still waiting on a purchase from last November it’s now March. Wouldn’t mind the wait but a reply to emails wouldn’t hurt to keep me in the loop.
This is so annoying and can’t even cancel, just have to bloody wait.

Worth the wait!

Just purchased my 9th blanket. A longer turn around time with a backlog of orders from Xmas, bush fires and coronavirus. I personally will wait for however long it takes as I know I will be extremely happy with the blanket :) keep up the work guys

False advertising, misleading information, basically taking money for products and not delivering. Any feedback I left on the Facebook page was deleted. I was blocked. Thinking of buying here? RUN!!

I ordered a blanket that was listed as "in stock", I contacted them a week later to find out when it would be posted, and was told "in stock" means available to order, not actually "in stock". Would have to wait 2-4wks for it to be made.
I finally got my order 6wks after ordering, and when I opened it, it was wrong - same concept, but wrong colours, font and overall design.
Very disappointed.

I ordered a blanket for my niece and loved it. Ordered in a busy time of year (Christmas) and it turned up inside the timeframe they state on website. Blanket is devine. Exactly as stated on their site.
Thought I would order another for my daughter. Same as above, on time and stunning.
I will now be ordering one for my son.

My order took 14 weeks to arrive when website stated 4 weeks plus postage. A number of times i was told time frames that were not met, I spoke to so called owner who also failed to send goods when she assured she would. I tried contacting them via email, messenger, phone and posting on their Facebook page, was blocked from their fb page for stating they had time to advertise on it but didnt have time to answer my quiries. One custom blanket does not match the design preview that i approved, emailed them with no answer yet. Buyer beware

Company has grown to fast and can't keep up with orders.
Dont respond timely to messages. When you do get onto them they are unable to provide accurate shipping timeframes and staff admit they don't have answers.

hello i placed a order #11376 on April 25th for a named blanket with beanie and a nanny's girl outfit. Yesterday i received the blanket and beanie which i love thank you but not the outfit that i have ordered with. Can you please advise what has happened and when i will be receiving the outfit please as i was under the impression they were being dispatched together which they hadn't.
