My internet was enabled in less than 24hrs. I already had the nbn terminal installed in my property and my own moden, but was pleased with the quick turn around to get the account up and running. Speed is as expected. Great cost benefit

I phoned Tangerine in the morning and after lunch the same day it was up and running. Easy as. We had been with another company however the price of the Tangerine service was better for the same speed.

We had Tangerine at our previous house (but no longer have Tangerine as housemates already had internet with another provider). It was a great service with reliable connection. It took 3 days to get connected after the initial requested date, but other than that, it’s been great. Though do keep track of your 6 month promotion price period as you don’t get notified of when that ends and you pay the extra $10/month. I’d recommend Tangerine.

Connection speed is good, no issues. I use it for business and home use and its been good.
Also, when connecting didn't have to wait long to speak to a technician

It’s been a couple of weeks since I installed the Tangerine NBN at my place.

So far it’s been great. No issues.
I haven’t checked the speed. However I have no connection problems or buffering issues.

I would recommend tangerine for it's best possible customer service even in covid times and the fast and uninterrupted connection. They responded over email and phone equally and came up with the nbn connection issue in the shortest possible time.

Very happy that I switched to Tangerine. The connection is very reliable and fast (45 to 46Mbps). Already had FTTP with another provider and the switch was super easy with the new connection active within just 3 hours! Great service.

Same day connection, saving $60 per month.No contract. Internet speed is fine watching netflix and playing COD. Needed some technical assistance setting up modem which was efficient and immediate. Five stars for Tangerine

Very easy connection experience - got a connection date very soon after my request. All emails were issued promptly and were clear in how I can set up my account. Service speed is very fast at circa 43 mbs. And the monthly cost is competitive. Can't ask for more.

Was with another provider for over 10 years when I came across Tangerine when moving to NBN.. best move I could have made. Very affordable, connection is fine but what impressed me the most was their customer service. Hope you continue that way!

This was the fastest nbn connection I have ever had and being in a rental property we move often. We have experienced no dropouts at all and couldnt be happier. It was a hassle free service with no complaints at all thankyou

Required the NBN to be set up in my home due to COVID 19 - within days of signing up we were up and running, modem having arrived within 2 days. Best part was the constant communication from Tangerine keeping me updated on the process and the steps. Very satisfied!

I'm only a new customer so I will have to see how things go, but.....When you ring you can actually speak to a person & get helpful answers. Had been run around by NBNCO & a major telco. Tangerine were helpful!!

Fast and efficient connection and had no problems with set up. Download speeds have been as advertised on the website and no drop outs. Would definitely recommend switching to Tangerine!

After I contacted Tangerine for a NBN connection I was connected by the ISP to the NBN the next day. Then within 3 days I received my modem and was easily able to connect to the service. The modem was pre-programmed to make the hook up. Within 5 minutes all the necessary connections were made and I was in business. Thanks Tangerine for a completely painless service. I have run a speed test and consistently the modem achieves speeds in excess of 45Mb/s. Just great

Currently on the XL Speed boost recieving a pretty stable connection.

Good customer service able to solve my issues quickly and had my connection setup within a week.

I got no complaints so far.

Sign up process was quick and easy. The sales rep that I initially spoke to followed up like he said he would and then connection process was seamless. I’ve had the service for about a week now and I haven’t encountered a single issue which is very different to what I can say about my past experiences with other providers.

No issues easy setup and hassle free fast internet. Internet is fast in main room and not too bad far away from the modem. Great unlimited use age for streaming all the shows

Installation took less than a week, although there was a brief period where NBN Co said it was installed, but it wasn't. Tangerine was very helpful when called, although the tech support queue is often an hour long.
