Crap click & collect service
Ordered online on 30/11/19. Still waiting on all my items. Worst click and collect ever. Shouldnt be offered by target if they cant get it right. Order from other shops get it within 24 hours!! This system you don't even get it from your local store.....
tells you its in stock but you wait forever for it.
I will never use it again.
Bloody terrible.

Click and collect - waste of time
I ordered toys as click and collect. Ordered on the 6th of Dec and picked up by 13th. I had to call the store to ask if its available cause I didnt get any email or sms. Thinking its was just a one off mistake, I ordered one again since Im already going to pick up. When I picked up my two orders, there were two missing toys( one from each order) and had to call the store again to inform them about it. Currently waiting for half an hour now just to chase the missing toys. What a bad experience. Never again. I wish I would have check the site before ordering one.

A Reasonable Price
The prices are reasonable, the staff is nice. I ordered a microwave oven that has a reasonable price and guaranteed quality, I reckon. Delivery was prompt and updated by email and SMS during the delivery day. The process of purchasing was simple.

Extremely terrible
Ordered the a Lego toy based on the expected 7 days pick up time frame.
Then waited for 2 weeks without any notification. Call the customer service twice. Was waiting on the line for more than 40+ mins. No one answered call. Try online chat, waited for the online queue for 30+mins then finally my turn and the online chat was cancelled. Absolutely hopeless and disgraceful.

Target Online Click and Collect Does Not Understand Its Customer
It said I can collect the order same day. It happily take my order, charge to my credit card straight away. Then, it told me my order is under Review.

Online Order Cancelled - XMas ruined for my son
Placed an order online for XMas present for my son. It was listed in stock and available for local store pickup. It was due for collection today and guess what, the order was cancelled and I found out too late. One week wasted for nothing and now I am scrambling last minute to find that present elsewhere. What a joke!

Never ever click and collect with TARGET!!
I ordered a cutting board that showed that it was available in stock on the 25th of November. I went to pick it up at the store and they said that the order was not processed. I walked through the store and saw the item on the shelve and decided to wait until the item could be retrieved from stock. I went again to pick up the item at TARGET this time they said the item was processed but awaiting delivery. Item was again on the shelf in the store. I was told that if I waited around for 30 minutes I could contact their online store. I left the store stating I would dispute the order.

Never click and collect
My click and collect was due to be picked up on the 2nd of December. When I called customer service on the 9th, they said theyre waiting for a parcel from another store which was due to arrive that day and that Id get the email on the 10th to pick it up. It is now the 10th of December at 8pm and still no email.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE
Returns and Afterpay take way too long through target. You will be left without your purchases and the keep taking payments for weeks till they sort out the return. Clearly understaffed!!

Cancelled my order after telling me stock was available and accepting payment
Purchased a bluetooth speaker from Target website, which said it would be ready for click & collect later that same day. Credit card payment was processed successfully. Having not received any further order confirmation other than the initial "order awaiting review" email, I dropped into store later that day to check status, but was told that the store had no record of the order. I then received an email later that day telling me "Your order could not be processed", and that the refund could take up to seven days. So now I'm stuck without th...Read more
e $84 that was debited from my card for the next few days, and have to go and find other money so that I can buy the item elsewhere. Worse still, the item is still listed as being "ready today" for Click & Collect at my local store, despite having previously being told that the store had no stock. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed with this poor service and will be avoiding Target's online shop in future.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Started live chat to ask a question before buying product worth over $400
Ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes just for the rep to cancel the chat before we even talk. Weird that they are not interested in questions before the sale.

Took my money and no product available
Shopped online (click and collect) items, total value $24. I could use my "Returns Card", value $20. That left me $4 to pay with my debit card. After entering the details and pressing enter I was asked to re-enter the details of the "Returns Card", which I did and then it said the balance was now zero and so the transaction could not go through. Next day I went to my nearest Target shop to see what could be done. They said yes balance is zero, you have to phone Target and speak to someone about it. I did that the next day. About 35 minutes afte...Read more

Bad customer service
Had my Christmas shopping today, around 10am. Got a "Vtech First Steps Baby Walker Assorted" on the shelf that has a price tag on the left of the pile for $44 and another price tag closer to another pile for $69. These prices were before 20% discount. I went to the register and I was surprise when the lady said the price was $47.20 after discount (normal price $59). I told her that is not the price that I understand I should pay. She literally told me to "take a photo". I went back to the pile took another toy and took a photo. I showed it to...Read more
her and explained that there was no price tag of $59 on the shelf. She took a look of it and say "there is nothing I could do". From this experience I realised that she didn't believe what I told her, hence asked me to take a photo. She was also very sour. I am not happy at all.Similar opinion? Customer Service is bad
Was christmas shopping with my teenaged son, we're getting new christmas decorations all excited. When we were paying for it I notice the lady keep looking at me so I smile and continue. All paid for then this same lady came right up to me "can I check your receipt for the purchase that you have" which I shop before I entry the shop it was a chemist paper bag and two shorts and I hair straighter, which I wasn't hiding(as I didn't bring my reusable bags again) was happy to show my receipt. t on here" so other customers could hear. so I show her, Then she push the receipt to me and said " whatever" I turn to my son and that's the way you don't treat a customer. I show here where it was on receipt.I ask for another lady and return all my products I have purchase., she explained that they have ask everyone. I said no you didnt there was 3 other customers with trolley and bags. I was the only one targeted. And was happy to show the receipt, it was the way she talked to me infront of my son and the way she accused me of shoplifting.I will not be returning to target.Similar opinion? As it should be...
Recently used Target online for the first time and have to say I was happy with the experience. I placed 2x large orders of various gifts for Christmas. The company offers free deliver if you sped $X dollars (when I ordered it was $85) which is really great considering Big W and K-Mart still charge for delivery no matter how much you spend. My packages arrived promptly and all delicate items I ordered (for example, glass items) were wrapped generously in bubble wrap so nothing arrived damaged. The products appear to be reasonable quality for the $ amount.

Questions & Answers
Donna L.asked
My daughter received swimwear from Target for Christmas. After wearing them only twice, the bottom and bust area are beginning to pill and the little slivers of elastic within the material are popping out (as they would on older worn out bathers). As they have been worn, and I no longer have the receipt, am I able to exchange them as they are obviously of very low quality (considering what they cost)/faulty? Thanks

How do you read customer reviews for products on the Target Website..... something seems to have changed because even though a product might be listed with yellow review stars with a number in brackets to indicate how many reviews it has had, these customer reviews are not showing on the product page. Does anyone know whether I should be able to read these reviews? I like to read review to help me choose products.

Yes, I have emailed them. Still waiting for an answer.
Firstly to Anyhow. Please don't be condescending when you answer questions. I do know that I should ask Target and I already had, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to discuss this with other Target reviewers in case they have had the same problem. I thought that was the part of the purpose of having a Product Review site. Also, Other customers do often answer questions.
I have just discovered the problem was a compatibility problem with my Firefox Browser which now has been fixed. It was not showing some content (ie the reviews in this instance) on the product description pages. I hope this will help someone else who experiences this problem. I logged into my Firefox account and made sure it was updated and bingo, the reviews appeared on the product pages!
Thanks for changing your answer Anyhow. That's much more friendly and helpful.
Yes, it's all fix now. At least if anyone else has this problem they might see this conversation and know what to do.
