I always either use the rack, rotisserie or small tray, but there is no reason why you could not cook directly in the large interior pot.

I bought your Air Roaster HD15 some time ago(less than one-year, I believe) & then suddenly does not heat up at all with Power-ON from couple days ago. I want to get repaired & then please advise me how & where I can send the malfunctional Air Roaster to be repaired, please?

Why does E1 come up when i power up my fryer

I had the same problembon my first use, I emailed TV Shop and they replied.
Good Afternoon Daniel,
Thank you for your email and sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues again with your Air Roaster.
The E1 error means that the circuit of the thermal sensor is broken.
We shall be happy to send out replacement for the main body of your unit.
Before doing so, we kindly ask you to cut the power cord as close to the main body as possible, take photo/s showing the cut cords beside the unit and forward to us.
Kindly keep all accessories including the inner dish as this part does not come with any accessories.
We thank you for your patience and we look forward to your reply.
