I bought your Air Roaster HD15 some time ago(less than one-year, I believe) & then suddenly does not heat up at all with Power-ON from couple days ago. I want to get repaired & then please advise me how & where I can send the malfunctional Air Roaster to be repaired, please?

Read more Thank you for your email and sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues again with your Air Roaster. The E1 error means that the circuit of the thermal sensor is broken. We shall be happy to send out replacement for the main body of your unit. Before doing so, we kindly ask you to cut the power cord as close to the main body as possible, take photo/s showing the cut cords beside the unit and forward to us. Kindly keep all accessories including the inner dish as this part does not come with any accessories. We thank you for your patience and we look forward to your reply. Read morereally misleading. I made the mistake of putting a 2kg lamb shoulder into the rotisserie but it was too big so I just put it into the main bin with cooking foil in the bottom to save the cooking surface.

Read morell? If nothing at all happens (no light etc) then your unit may have blown a thermal fuse. These melt to prevent the unit over heating and maybe catching fire. This is a simple fix but will require dismantling to get to the board and fuse.PS … There has been extreme heat lately and this may have caused the thermal fuse to blow. Read morele, also roasted a chicken . when I roast anything I use the grill rack at its lowest height . does the best chips & pork chops yum . if you think the temp . is too high, lower it but increase your cooking time . some trial & era but the best machine I have in my kitchen . I nearly use it every day . hope this helps you

My first Taste The Difference Air Roaster stopped working and they replaced it. I have not had any problems with the replacement. Just remember you must never put oil on anything you cook in the Roaster.
