Useful product
The french fries and chopped potatoes, particularly the sweet potatoes) are beautiful. But it takes time to cook them. The only fault is the rotisserie basket which keeps coming undone during cooking, spilling the potatoes into the main dish. It seems the catch on the basket needs to be better manufactured to secure the goods

very disappointed
tried rotiserrie twice and keeps coming out of attachment holes. Tried chicken tenders last week for grandkids they were too crunchy and chips not cooked properly. Says it can do a whole family meal but you can't put everything in at once. I have had 2 airfryers before which were great this one bigger so thought it would be better, very expensive as they would not let me have just one as supposedly get one free? over $500 worth what a joke

Life Span 12 months
Bought this TTD air Roaster last year and I assumed that this product is to be a high quality and long lasting performance gadget. I was wrong terribly wrong to assumed such expectations from this TV show. We probably used and cook from it not so often and now it DOESNT WORK. NO POWER.SIMPLY DEAD

Breakdown
The product don't last long, I have had it just over a year was working fine for the first couple of months then it started having problems. This air flyer didn't cook the food that well, the food is still cold and the cage opens a min within the "cooking".

Down fall.
Great cooker but in a very short time the no stick comes off. I don’t like giving negative feed back but I wouldn’t recommend this fryer. There has to be a better product from electrical goods stores. Makes great roasts easy to clean, I didn’t use any harsh scourers on the non stick.

amasing product
I don't know how I survived before buying this machine, I cook so much in it from chips to pork chops even getting the crackling just right . Whether it is fresh or frozen it all comes out tasting super . using only a minimal amount of oil has got to be a healthy choice

Only lasts about 14 months then stops working
Within first few uses the enamel came off the pan, they sent a replacement then just past warranty few weeks, element blow up, contact customer service asked for spare part, they just reply Unfortunately this part is not available for individual purchase. So its just waste of money also we won't buy product from this company again. Bad product, bad customer service.

Yum yum
The results of this machine are amazing, giving the same greasy food I had used a deep fried for a much tastier crisp taste, taking the same food and making them taste a lot less greasy and more enjoyable for everyone involved, could never go wrong with this air frier

Wrong Info
The first review says it was bought from TVSN - BUT TVSN has never sold the Taste The Difference machine! They only sell the Philips Air Fryer. Either the reviewer is reviewing the wrong machine or bought it from somewhere else. It is unfair to bad-mouth TVSN when the machine could not have come from there.

Good product last only 1 year
The product itself is good BUT only last 14 months. Very disappointed as I bought mine through the TVSN and the customer service was rude. They basically told me that its out of warranty. Ok that's fine I asked where can I buy the element, only problem we have and most of the people who bought it say the same thing the element only last for 12 months but the air fryer is good, we cant use it anymore because we cant get the element. Would be great if somebody can help for the sack of such a good product.

Air Fryer. Great to cook,
Yes of course and use is quite often. It is a very healthy way of frying chips and other vegetables. My drench actually love this as this is a product which does not need fat and oil. So less fat in body and more food to consume. It is handy and can be kept in the kitchen without cluttering the space. It has a smart look too. It cooks tasty and healthy food. A mess free cooking too. All must try this product.

hd15 air roaster
I bought one of these on-line two years ago. They do a fantastic job cooking everything. I really liked it. Used it nearly 100% of the time. BUT, element went and impossible to get a replacement. Only lasted 14 months or so . Now it is useless. I would still prefer it to an conventional oven but with its short lifespan and replacement parts a no go and over $200 for the fun of using it for about a year, I would never waste my time with something like that again

great to cook with.
Yes I am very happy with the air fryer. It is very convenient to fit on my kitchen top, and it cooks my food beautifully.
It also saves me a lot on my electricity bill as it cooks my food in approx. 1/3 of the time compared to my oven, grill and frypan..

Air Roaster
Air Roaster cooked food beautiful but unfortunately the machine didn't last very long and the coating of the baking dish bubbled and cracked after about 10 uses i sent photos of the dish and i was given another dish but same thing had just started to happened again with new dish n then the machine blew up, so for me the quality of the machine wasn't there especially for the price of it

If your not happy send it back - simple
Don’t have one yet - but reading the reviews - you have a 30 day trial - so SEND IT BACK. Simple - yes I’ll give it a go and if it doesn’t perform it’s going back - have had the Philips 3 times now and use it to death and love it - but would love to stack and cook more in one session.

i was so looking forward to this air fryer, brought the taste the difference home ( more like smell the fumes) gave it a wash with a cloth like it said to, turned it on and this pungent plastic chemical smell started filling the house . I thought it would disperse but no it didnt i cooked chips and they tasted like the smell, so i took it back to the shop they were great and it wasnt there fault got a replacement . low and behold the same thing happened so back to the shop and asked for a phillips in stead. wont recomend nor buy another

Simply The Best!
I bought TDD Airfyer about a year ago now and have been using it mainly for cakes which turn out absolutely perfect every time. Beautiful even texture and no cracking! It cooks steaks to perfection but you need to experiment with time I found. I also did a rotisserie chicken which was a bit fiddly since the bird tends to 'slip' as it rotates, so you need to make sure it is firmly secured. The results however were very good. Clean up is easy too and I found that if you are cooking marinated foods (which leave a sticky residue) add a couple of t...Read more
ablespoons of hot water in the bottom before you start. To remove baked on residue, as soon as you have finished roasting pour some boiling water into the base while the liner is still hot and it wipes clean. This is a great product and does everything it is designed to do.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
