Taxibox was the perfect solution for me.
I had to access some things at one point.
Each contact I made whether it was by phone or in person was so professional and so helpful. Each person was 'can do' and friendly.
It was a really good experience and I will definitely use them again. It was my 3rd time and each time has been a positive interaction for me.

This was the easiest and best storage solution I have ever used. The team are great, communication before and after pick up is excellent. I could not fault how easy they make it for the customer and their excellent service, even when we no longer needed the storage any more. It's not often I want to give more than 5 stars but for Taxibox I would! Highly recommended!

Our experience with Taxibox was nothing short of amazing. Deliveries were punctual and the customer service was outstanding with very short wait times when calling! Our circumstances changed and the team was accomodating and we received a refund on the months we didn’t use. I’d highly recommend these guys. Great concept and the staff on the phone + in person were great. Weekend drops and timelines were a little difficult, and a bit more notice on drop off times would've made it 5* from us.

10/10 would use again. I went out of the country for 7 months. This was by far the best solution, and the delivery and re-delivery are so convenient and all online. Helpful team. Would recommend.

In general we were happy with Taxibox but i do have some concerns about the possible dampness in one of the boxes. Some of my cabinets had a fine layer of what looked like mould growing on the outside walls, this did clean of easily and was not in all the boxes as we had 3 taxiboxes.

As a first time customer I booked Taxibox for my interstate relocation as they were the cheapest quote available. I was so impressed with the level of customer service, the online booking system and overall efficiency of the drop off and pick up. It was so easy, I had two crates delivered and packed them over Easter.

Taxibox also accommodated me when I had to change my relocation dates. Flexible and good customer service

Storage was fine, I had two Taxibox's stored for around 14 months. Contents were clean and dust free when I opened them and there was no damage. I had a bad experience with the driver & early pickup on delivery of a box back to me - I contacted Taxibox via two separate channels (a direct email and via their website) and received no response to either, so I'm not really sure they care about feedback unless it's positive. Overall the experience was ok, but I would not use the service again.

Everything occurred as promised. Taxi box delivered, I packed, taxi box was put into storage and delivered as arranged to my new address. Punctuality A++. My taxi boxes were well looked after and arrived on the date and timelines specified. Very pleased with some quirky emails and updates from my taxi box/es. I would highly recommend Taxibox.
