I don't wait for my airfryer to heat up. I load it up with food, close the lid, set the timer and push start. IN 25-30 minutes usually (dependant on what I am cooking), I have a properly cooked meal.

For what recipies should I use the paddle?

Hi, the paddle is there to turn food such as potatoes over when roasting. If you remove the paddle then the device will not rotate at all. The Actifry comes with a recipe book and guidelines for cooking some foods.
My activity did not come with a recipe book.
There's not much in the recipe book. Disappointing

My Tefal Actifry has worked well for nearly two years, but recently the wand in the middle broke off a large piece, I used it once more with the piece missing and the potatoes still came up well. However when washing the wand later more broke off in my hands. Does the wand have a lifetime on it, and can I but a new wand?

Unfortunately only from tefal u can buy it but usually it shouldn't break, I gave them the name of consumer court that when they chemged it for free. Do the same and see how u go cos they cost allot.
I made a mistake buying the new wand for my Tefal Air Fryer, within a month more plastic parts started to break away leaving me with an unusable Air Fryer. I would not recommend the Tefal Airfryer to anyone, the plastics parts (of which there a lot) breaks down and bits fall off into the food.

If the paddle has stopped rotating this may be due to the motor failing. As this is only one week out of warranty please call our Customer Service Team on 1300 307 824 who will be able to assist in having this issue sorted out for you.

i used actifry many times and it was perfect but suddenly something wrong happened that when pressing on button it rotates and you can hear its sound but it doesn't heat food even cook it what can i do??? iam so sad

Sorry but sounds like the heating element is not working. It is possible that there is an inline fuse associated with the element, in which case it might have "blown" in which case you need to get it serviced. Maybe its under warranty?

The Snack Grill Accessory Model XA7011 is not compatible with your model Actifry FZ7062. You will need to Purchase the Snack Grill Accessory XA7010 which is compatible with your Model FZ7062.
There are two versions of this accessory depending on the Kg Capacity of your model.
For the 1kg Actifry the Snack Accessory Reference Number is XA7010, for the 1.5kg Actifry the Snack Accessory the Reference Number is XA7011.
This Accessory can be purchased from your local retailer or one of our Tefal Authorised Service Center's. To locate your local Service Center please use the below link:
