totally useless piece of junk. do NOT buy one.
This does not actually remove any creases from clothes, releases massive quantity of steam into your room and the hose and head get too hot to handle. I am very sad I did not find this review page until AFTER I bought it. what a waste of money.
Purchased in February 2021 at The Good Guys for $99.00.

Total waste of money
I bought this product just a couple of days ago from Myer thinking it would make my life a little easier. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of my money and I will be returning it tomorrow for a refund. Here are the negatives: 1) The water tank leaks from where it attaches to the main heating unit - even after checking that the water stopper was screwed on tightly. 2) Water drips from the steam head. 3) The handle gets very hot after just a few minutes use, making it uncomfortable to continue ironing. 4) The hose is too short to manoeuvre ...Read more
around to the other side of the garment when it's hanging on the hanger provided. 5) The hose continually kinks requiring continual checking. I'm extremely disappointed at how badly this product performs and caution prospective buyers to not make the mistake I made in buying this product.
Purchased in December 2021 at Myer Online Store for $99.00.

A heap of junk
Okay, so, I bought this steamer a while ago and actually contacted the company for a replacement because its just that terrible, but they wouldnt do anything because apparently theyd never had a complaint before which is just plain bullsht so strike two. The hose kinked straight away and its pretty much useless. The steam isnt constant, its occasional. Its hard to use and even harder to clean. Dont waste your money. Im disgusted at Tefal. Will never buy a product of theirs again and I make sure everyone knows it.
Purchased in February 2021 for $179.00.

Doesn't do a good job
I bought this steamer hoping it would save me the hassle of opening my ironing board when I need to iron. Assembly was very easy and I did not experience any leaks as it advises to remove water when done. I had same problem with the hose bending which restricts the steam. It did steam creases out of a garment but I felt that some creases come back after some time. I tried leaving the garments hanged separately on my dining chairs overnight before hanging in wardrobe which helped a bit. However, I don't find this steamer powerful enough to do a good job.

This was my second purchases of the same product bother where a big fail. Would not recommend. But Bigw where terrific in refunding

Steams well but water leaks
Bought this steamer from Myer for $100. Granted, it is really easy to use...when it works! Steaming a garment out of its creases itself is not a problem. It sure does the job! But here are some issues I have with it:
1. The hose often gets bent as you manoeuvre it to steam your garment in which case no steam is released and longer time spent trying to figure out ways to steam the garment without bending the hose.
2. The hose does tend to get very very hot despite having fabric covering. So you'd have to wear gloves especially since you w...Read more
ill need to hold the hose to manoeuvre it without bending. 3. It is quite loud and noisy as the water in the tank gets heated- like the sound of water boiling but louder. Loud enough to wake someone up if you decide to use the steamer before dressing up for work in the mornings. 4. Biggest issue I'm having is that every time I use it, there seems to be heaps of water leaking as I steam a garment. It's almost like the water in the tank gets boiled so quickly that it pushes itself out of the tank. Huge safety concern.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
