After using Termitrust for a pest inspection and spray ($710), we thought we would be protected for the next 5 years. Wrong. We have already found a bull ant, and a mouse inside our house. This is despite asking the technician if he had seen any signs of mice. He denied seeing any. The next day we found numerous mouse droppings. Hopefully I am able to get this resolved, as Termitrust seem like a very friendly company.

We've used Trusted Pest Management since new house purchase 2015. They're very thorough in application of product and report and document every detail concerning property i.e. Areas that need attention.

I previously left a negative review, but I am updating this to state that I really appreciate Termitrust's commitment to strong customer service and satisfaction. Their services are priced reasonably and they are always willing to amend any aspect of their service in which you are disappointed, which I respect immensely.

Nick was on time and did what he said he would do...get rid of the silverfish for me. All done with good humour. Thanks and will use again

Each year the wait time to book in the service is getting longer and longer. We have our own plus an investment property which we try to keep within the timeframe but before the financial year. Trying to get through on the phone is horrendous at times and I don't have the luxury of sitting trying and trying at work. Seriously considering another company and to hell with the lifetime warranty - feel like that is being held over us just to keep the business. If business is good, then hire more staff for goodness sake to keep up with the demand...

Called to book in a service for 19th April. After no show, I called them up only to find out that it has been booked for the following week (26th). Took me a while to explain to them that it was incorrectly booked by the person. No apologies....nothing! You have lost my business.

I have been using Termi Trust for a few years now and have been very impressed with their service. Although I live in the country - quite a drive for their servicement they have been on time for their appointments and set my mind at rest or offered solutions to problems.

We have used TermiTrust for last 3 years every 6 month after moving to Australia from overseas. I was always happy with it as have never seen any alive creatures inside the house. Appart from few grumpy pest sprayers ( as it is not the same person that comes every time, which is not a problem for me) I cant fault it. Ladies are always polite and helpful on the phone.
Unfortunately last time when I called I was told that it would cost me $100 more then it used to. Although I agree that our propetry is on the bigger side, I can't justify payging nearly double then I used to twice a year. Such a shame as I have used someone else and it is nowhere near as good although price is very close to what I am used to pay.

I booked with Termitrust because they had a special on - 299 for termite inspection and pest spray. I haven't seen spiders since, only dead ones. The guy spent the appropriate amount of time here. Looking to get them in for the termite baiting as well.

Had my house treated on 03/01/17 as part of the termite inspection deal. Spiders came back within weeks bigger and in greater numbers than before, Called the company to request a refund for that portion of the service on 30/01 to be told the manager would call me back. He didn't, so called again on 20/02 to be told either [name removed] or [name removed] would call me back that day. They didn't, no surprise there, so have given up in disgust and will never deal with this unreliable mob again and would advise others to stay well clear also. Buyer be very aware of this lot.
