Impossible order anything, search anything...
It is a truly truly, spectacularly incompetent job.
It must surely be built by someone's children.
" How easy was it to navigate the store and find what you wanted? **Impossible.
How satisfied were you with the range of products available? **Could buy none.
How satisfied were you with the quality of product(s) you bought? **See above...

Website not user friendly!

published

Their website is one of the worst for navigation and trying to find products. The search button should be at the top of the page.
Try typing in a product, it will tell you no result, although I know they sell it.

Gave up in the end!!

Some stores walk out to your car to give you your prescription. All other stores have special waiting areas secluded from everyone and a there is a strict 2m distancing rule

Thanks but that doesn't help that we can't leave our home as in isolation.

Hi Tess
You can order script medication through your local TWCM.
Download their Terry white Chemmart App on desktop or your mobile and select your local store. Then call your local store... give them your mobile phone number or email and ask for an activation code which, once the dispensary does their bit, will send you the code to put in.
That syncs them and you up.
You can take a picture of your script if you have one already and send the picture thru the app for them to them to fill. They will collect the original from you on delivery of your med - following safe protocols
They keep your script repeats (if you have repeats) "on file" in the pharmacy for next time you reorder.
And you can link other family members "carers mode" so you can take care of everyone in the family like this as well if you wanted to.
If u need more scripts, after you have a phone apt (if you are in isolation) with you Dr, their surgery can fax/email direct to the pharmacy and most surgeries are posting the originals or classing the email/fax copies as originals (currently being implemented from what I've heard or soon to be if not already) to make this whole script scenario a bit more streamlined.
I'm sure you've figured out by now, just thought it strange no one had responded to you with the how to...
TWCM have been rolling out a full on procedure for deliveries which does have a schedule of fee for delivery/free for certain ppl/a small charge for others and depends on kms from the store. You'd need to go on to their website for those details though.
The app is great btw!
I play around on mine all the time just reading up on meds info and the recent catalogue is on there too.. so can add other items u usually buy instore to your perscription order.
Hope this helps! :-)
