My personal dealing with The Baby Gallery has been nothing less than amazing. From their friendly and knowledgable customer service, ease of ordering and fast shipping. It is no wonder they have been around for 35 years! In my humble opinion, they are my 'go to' baby store.

We purchased a product from The Baby Gallery which has turned out to be faulty or does not work as described on the packaging.

When we requested a refund we were told no and the product works fine but they couldn't demonstrate to us that it did.

I thought as a consumer we had better rights but The Baby Gallery doesn't believe in following warranties or customer service.

This store is truly an abominable place to purchase baby goods. They're happy to see you any product, but are difficult to deal with if products are faulty or don't work. They don't offer refunds and are rude when issues arise. Please spend your money elsewhere, this business is terrible.

I am a mother and I love this place! They have the best service and I’ve been going here for 5 years now and they treat you like family.

They have such a good selection and range here and I’ve found them always to be cheaper than baby bunting etc and the design of the store is more luxurious too.

I’ve bought 3 prams here, a cot, 2 car seats and they always have the best service.

Being first time parents, there is so much we had to prepare for so it was quite a daunting task to shop for our bub. Fortunate for us, the folks at The Baby Gallery have been an absolute life saver with their excellent customer service and in-depth knowledge of the products. We went to a few other places, as you would normally do, but ultimately came back to Baby Gallery to purchase everything. They had the biggest range, and took the time to help and serve us. Our sales associate, LeeAnn, was extremely helpful and friendly, and made our life much easier. Highly recommend that you pay The Baby Gallery a visit, and I wouldn't bother wasting your time elsewhere.

Went to the store today to buy a bugaboo pram, the lady that served us told us that the pram we were looking at another store didn't exist and I was wrong, when I showed her a picture she rang the sales rep who confirmed it is a model but they didn't stock it, she then proceeded to tell me that pram we wanted wasnt good and we should look at this model, when I asked her a few different questions about features she gave me short answers which confused me and she just got irritated because I didn't understand. As first time mother to be I was really hoping for a friendly helpful experience, but instead I got the opposite.

I have had amazing service by the baby gallery. Staff are so friends and absolutely so helpful will definitely be back.

Went to baby gallery to purchase pram, baby chair and furniture. Staff have no product knowledge, rude and arrogant. Pricing of items in store fluctuates weekly by the time you can make a choice a week later there has been a mysterious price increase... Don't bother, couldn't think of a worse store. The store manager [name removed] has no clue what's going on...

Compared to Baby Buntings, Baby Direct and other baby stores, Baby Gallery was absolutely fantastic. The staff are absolutley great and very friendly. By FAAAAR better than Baby Buntings who have always kept me waiting in line at least for 10 - 15 mins while they're on the phone. These guys are quick and the way they interact with their customers is just unforgetable. The stuff they have for sale is AMAZING and worth every cent spent there. It's true you can buy baby stuff anywhere, but you can't buy the service, this is why this is my baby shop from now on. I know that with good quality baby stuff i will get Amazing service to go for free.

Went to The Baby Gallery today to purchase a number of products. Wanted a Bugaboo pram, car seat and baby furniture. First had a look around, noticed that the staff were busy and did the right thing and went to the counter to ask for service. Waited a while in line then a lady pushed in and guess what? They served her before me despite seeing I was in line waiting. One staff member did not care and was totally rude, the other said sorry and said she would get someone to serve me. Waited ages with no service. Finally I had enough and walked out. Totally pathetic!!!

We have purchased several key items for our baby from The Baby Gallery in Clayton. The store holds a great range of items from several brands inc. Leander, Boon, Bombol and Weegoamigo. Mary and the team have provided great customer service, ensuring that we were happy with our purchases which is important when faced with all the options out there for your baby.

I brought a booster high chair seat and when opened it at home it had clearly been opened before and the instructions were missing . Took it back and they tried to refuse a refund as they said they don't "do refunds" and tried to convince me it hadn't been opened when the seal was clearly broken. Don't come here unless you want to buy unsafe 2nd hand items.

Went in here and wasn't even acknowledged by the staff very rude and snobby relax you work in baby store.
