Very happy customer
Was recommended by my Mazda dealer. I had a ding caused by a bolt being thrown off the back of a truck. Was most impressed with Paul and his team, the service and the quality of workmanship. I wouldn't go anywhere else (IF I had to get work done in the future!).

Bad costumer service
When I complained the staff asked me if I am not happy I could go there and I could fix my car by myself in the weekend. So I don't think I am fixing my car there

Highly Recommended
Leo took care of a damaged wing mirror quickly and efficiently so we could continue on our road trip safely - I'm very grateful for his 'can-do' attitude and awesome service. Thank you Leo and Bump Shop!

No job to small
I was recently recommended by my Mazda dealer to go here. I had some small stone chips on my new car. The bump shop were very helpful and fixed my car with the exact colour match. I am so happy with the results and the way I was treated I would highly recommend them and I would happily return in future.

High standards, excellent service
My car had suffered considerable panel damage and being black the work needed to be done right. I also asked for some non accident related wear and tear repair work. All the repairs were done to an excellent standard and the quality of the work is second to none. If you take pride in your car and need it repaired, the bump shop is the place to take it. They may cost a little more but truly the results are worth it.

Fantastic Experience
As we all do - you shop around get three quotes & generally go with the middle priced quote. Not this time ! - The Bump Shop was the most expensive of my three quotes. However when I was receiving my quote a young man was collecting his car, after his repairs were completed, and he turned to me and said these guys are excellent my car is just like brand new. My original quote was completed by Paul & he explained to me in great detail exactly what needed to happen - to which I fully understood. Once I was ready to book the car I spoke with V...Read more
icky at Reception & then on the day - Mark checked me in & run over everything again with me. I have to say the Staff at the Bump Shop (who i dealt with) were exceptional, they knew how to talk to people, very personal & made me feel like I was in great hands, they were all over 40 & I think old fashion customer service is the key. Thank-you guys for a Fantastic Experience & I will definitely be recommending you to anyone who asks. Money well spent.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Great and speedy service
The bump shop was highly recommended to us and we used their service three times now ( twice for my car and ones for our daughter') and were very happy with the quality of work and their service every time starting from getting the quote without delays, getting car in and repairing it in no time. Twice we had to use our insure and had loan car organized through it, one of repairs was small so we didn't lodge a claim so The bump shop gave us their own loan car without charge in that case. Last repair was finished just yesterday and I was gladly ...Read more
surprised when I was able to pick up the car 2 days earlier than it was planed to, also guys did a few touch ups without charge. All process was very smooth, my insure was very happy with the detailed quote including photos ( the bump shop is not athorised repairer for my insure) so I didn't have to take the car for assessment prior to the approval, it saved me lots of time. I want to say thank you to Mark, Joe and lovely ladies who looked after my lime Honda Civic and the guys who did the repairs. Great job guys!!! I will highly recommend the bump shop to anyone.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Major Mistake but these guys are good
I recently sustained damage due to someone sideswiping my vehicle. I take a lot of care of my vehicle and although its 9 years old it looks as though it has just left the showroom floor. Anyway, I sustained damage to the front passenger side guard, 22" Alloy wheel and bumper. I went to the Bump Shop on the recommendation of the Land Rover Dealer in Fortitude Valley Brisbane. They repair all the high end cars. I decided to have the bonnet resprayed as it had a couple of stone chips that detracted from its pristine look. The Wheels that I have ar...Read more
e Redbourne Baron and are made specifically for Range Rovers by this company and were imported from Canada. They had been colour coded to the vehicle and the outer rim was left with the highly chromed outer. Anyway when the guy sideswiped me it damaged the rim requiring it to be repaired. When the wheel was returned it was evident that the repairer had removed all the chrome. It was very clear that it no longer matched the other three wheels. After recontacting my insurer (Shannons) there was agreement that they would replace the rim, unfortunately the rims were out of production and the only place that had them in the USA would not separate a set. So Shannons paid to have all the rims color coded totally to the vehicle. I dictated how I wanted this to occur to the guys at the Bump shop and away they went to be pained, however when I went to pickup the vehicle I found that the wheels had not been painted to my specifications. The Bump Shop were right onto it without argument and were very apologetic. When I returned a few days later everything was great and I noted that they had fully detailed the car inside and out. It now looks immaculate, I am very happy with the job that the Bump shop did and more particular the customer service that these guys have. Nothing was to much trouble and it was refreshing to not have to argue with a supplier when they did something wrong. I would highly recommend The Bump Shop for your vehicle.Similar opinion?
