Worst product ever and waste of money
Purchased a como advanced™ 30cm Square Roaster at a party as felt like I had too, which I'm sure I am not alone. After using it correctly for a couple of years, the pan now has pitting or cracks in the coating and an non-removable grimy coating. Simple good as a boat anchor!!! Unfortunately you cannot give zero stars !!!

First and last pressure cooker
always wanted a pressure cooker. purchased this one on recommendation from a co-worker. easy to use, clean and worked perfectly first time. recipes that came with it and are continually updated and available online work every time. makes the best quiche, lamb shanks, best rissotto ever, pea and ham rissotto, sticky asian chicken and so on. cannot reccommend this pressure cooker enough. dont waste your time with the rest this is the best. im not a Rep for Chefs toolbox just a very happy ametuer cook that this cooker makes look like a proffessional.
excellent quality of finish. the more i use it the more you learn to cook with it. cant speak highly enough about this cooker.

Warranty is not worth anything as they will not honour it
I had a breakfast griddle I purchased back in December 2011. It goes over 2 hotplates. Worked fine for a while and then started to stick to the point where I had to soak it for about 3 days to get the stuck food off. I recently lodged a claim only to be told I had overheated it and did not care for it in the manner recommended.
I disputed this. They came back again today and totally rejected my claim.
I used it on the two smallest gas burners on my stove on low. Clearly the product is not fit for purpose and clearly clearly The Chef's Toolbox...Read more

Love love love! Time saver and so easy to clean!
I've been using Chefs Toolbox cookware for a few years and just love them, the best I've ever used, so recently decided to convert my whole kitchen to the products. The Pressure Cooker just saves my sanity for quick and yummy meals (and makes cheaper cuts of meat amazing), the saute pan I use every day for everything from dinner, lunches and also great for desserts. The knives are such good quality. I'm addicted!! Like any good quality cookware you have to take care of them, don't overheat etc look after them and they'll love you back for years.

Meat tin .
I bought a meat pan, used it about 6 times, then one day i had meat stuck to it and it would not buge, so soaked it and soaked and soaked it so i did end up just giving a little scrap, well that was thee end of that, give me stainless steal anyday, would never use Chef's tool box items again.
And i suppose the answer would be did not ust it right, like all the other people who hace complained.

I've been using chefs toolbox product range for just over two years, I find the products really improves my cooking experience. The sauté pan, pressure cooker and wok I would not be without, they save me time and I love the way my recipes turn out. I love the knife block set too..

Perfect cant live without it
I just love my Pressure cooker from the chefs tool box . I have made about 5 meals in it since it arrived a week ago and a hit at every meal. My ten year old never ever eats all his meals until this last week has eaten every single bit of food i have served up . 10/10

Dangerous. Avoid at all costs
Two saucepans have had handles fall off without warning, once with hot soup inside. When notified I was told they hadn't been used correctly despite having worked in management in the catering industry. Added insult to injury, refused to refund even after I outlined my co concerns that this could be a dangerous manufacturing fault.

Wish I had read the reviews first!
Went to a party telling the hostess I was only here to make up the numbers, you guessed it, came away with a large pressure cooker purchased. I have only got it out of the cupboard three times. The mess it makes all over my cooker top, and up the wall tiles, steam and condensation everywhere! They don't tell you about the mess you gave to clean up every time you use it.

Perfect products
Been using chef's for at least 6 years with no problems at all. Will be using forever now. Best product and great tool. Tongs are a bit thick and don't handle salads well .. mainly are used for just hot foods... but everything else is amazing

Sauté chefs toolbox
My recently purchased sauté pan leaks through the riveted handles and any liquid in the pan leaks down the sides and underneath the pan.

Get Ripped Off By Chefs Toolbox
Chef's Toolbox - Pressure Cooker 3 weeks old caught on fire in under 2 minutes! So disappointed in their total disregard for customer service. According to them this has never happened and is impossible so I must be a liar and it was miss-use but I was following their recipe! Spoke to the sales rep who sold it to me and she says "did you have a tomato based liquid in there as it can catch, mine does" no but hello half your recipes in your cook book do! So dangerous I will never get another one! #getrippedof@chefstoolbox

The best cookware I have ever owned!
I love this cookware so much that I have now purchased the whole range. I started with the Saute Pan and found it fabulous. I then held a party and was awarded the Wok and Steamer. From there I purchased the small frypan, griddle pan, stockpot and both saucepans. I do however, really look after my pans. I never put them into the dishwasher...no need as the non stick is so good that they only need a light clean and never ever use anything but silicon utensils . Almost two years later and they are still as goods as the day I purchased them. I have also just changed from a gas hotplate to induction and they also work a treat. This is the best money I have every spent.

Love these products
I've read a few other reviews and some of them sound incorrect, especially in stating it's lifetime warranty. The pans are 10 year warranty and so beat the other expensive products I've purchased before. Love the recipes that are online as well. I constantly use the saute pan and pressure cooker. The knives as well....all daily use. I have no hesitation in recommending this product

Fabulous love it
I have been using all the products for 14 months and had no problems at all. I have a disabled hand and find the tongs awkward but the pans are great. Used on both induction and gas

Sauté pan is no longer non stick & knives are cheap & nasty, 3 broke.
I purchased the sauté pan at a demo I had attended a few years back. Never in my life had I spent so much on cookware before so when I was told they had a LIFETIME warranty I figured they would be the last fry pan I would have to buy. I was wrong! After 3 years my sauté pan is now no longer non-stick & all off the coating has come off from the outside. I have contacted Chefs Toolbox by email 4 times & have yet to recieve a response! I also purchased the entire knife set at the same demo. Knives were brilliant to start with, felt like good quali...Read more
ty only to be cutting a small butternut pumpkin and have the larger off the knives snap in half in my hand almost cutting me. I called CT and after sending in photos I was sent a replacement. Not long after the small paring knife to cut a garlic clove. I called CT only to be told I was using it incorrectly and should have been using a large knife to do this!!!! I have now given up and recently broken the handle off the middle size knife. For the price you pay your better off investing in some Furi knives! Absolutely terrible customer service, cheap crappy items that don't last & they don't follow through with their lifetime warranty. I won't be purchasing this rubbish ever again!Similar opinion? Shame On You
I recently arrended a arty and ordered the pressure cooker as there really wasn't anything else i wanted. When i got home rethought that i probably wouldn't use it. Looked up their information, which said you have 10 days to cancel orders, which i believe is the law. So i cancelled my order within the ten days to be told couldn't. When said that was incorrect they came back with the offer of i have sole the pot to another person. That was over 3 weeks ago and I haven't got my money back. I have been sending messages back and forth for over a week. Will never buy anything from them again and do not recommend you go anywhere near them.
Still trying to get my money back. They have the pot and my money.

How do I get a replacement lid for my pressure cooker?

If anyone didn't receive Chefs Toolbox products that they paid for, please go to your bank and advise them that you paid Chefs Toolbox for goods and didn't receive them because they went into liquidation (they will look it up on ABN search) i.e. you didn't receive the goods in exchange for the money you paid so you should get a refund.
