The Comfort Shop VIC, Richmond

Our experience was a delight. Our Customer Service representative was clear in detailing the product and then worked with us to organise delivery to regional Victoria. Every touch point with the business and Dianne were excellent.

This is our second Later recliner chair from the Comfort Shop. Knowing what we had bought before, albeit 4 years ago, we purchased the 2nd over the phone. Bella looked up our history, confirm our previous purchase and came back to us with all our questions answered. Delivery arrived as planned.
Quality product and great service.

The lifter chair is just what was needed, especially as it rotates to allow easy access to both an activity table and a wheelie walker. The recliner suits my husband fine.

The service was excellent from start to finish.We purchased the chairs with no fuss, scheduling in a perfect delivery time and date. The delivery went as planned, the chairs unpacked and checked by two very polite delivery people. If only all transactions were so seamless. Great shop so helpful.

I spied the product I wanted from the window display. The store had many beautiful items. I love the chair I purchased and it looks great in my room. I would recommend the Comfort Shop to my friends.

Impressive product selection. Excellent customer service and communication from staff. Assembly instructions were doable. Allow plenty of time to assemble. Organised delivery to a country town. Less styrene please.

This is seriously a Wow piece in our apartment, it’s picture perfect and the quality is truly outstanding, thank you to the staff for making the purchase to installation easy.

We were very happy with the store layout and service. The latex mattress and slats support purchased have turned out much better than expected. It’s all very comfortable and it arrived within 2 weeks as expected.

The Comfort Shop website is informative with good descriptions and videos. The Richmond shop is well laid out with good use of space that enables one to freely inspect all items.

The helpful people at the Richmond store eased us through all our options and were so very accommodating. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. The latex mattress we bought is so comfortable, everything I had hoped for.

Since purchasing and using our Ergo Electric Adjustable Base & Contour Visco Elastic Mattress we have both been sleeping a full nights sleep for the first time since many months. The staff at The Comfort Shop have been exemplary to deal with and we highly recommend them.

I came across the Comfort Shop in Richmond and checked out their bed/mattress range which ticked all my boxes in relation to comfort, quality, and simple style. Bought the ergo bed, latex mattress and headboard and am really pleased with the product. The store provided good sales service and communication regarding delivery.

We had looked at many of the Nordic style chairs but found them quite expensive unless on sale or a deal on a chair we didn't want. When we found the comfort shop we found roomier chairs, of equivalent quality but at a better price. The colour we wanted was not in stock so had to me made and delivered from the US but we were kept well informed all along their journey. They were delivered within the time slot given and we are very happy with them.

The chair is all I hoped it would be - however I do have one concern. There was a requirement for 2 people to collect the furniture as the staff were not allowed to help. Can understand health and safety issues, however if the company invested in a small fork-lift truck this would overcome the problem. As it was it took me 4 months to arrange for someone to accompany me to pick up my purchase! Sorry won't visit the Comfort Shop again. Sorry haven't kept invoice however I am sure the staff at the store will remember me as I was in constant touch about the delay in picking up the chair!

We downsized to an appartment and were struggling to find a space efficient seating/visitors combo for a tiny bedroom. We recently came across an ad for The Comfort Shop and their range of wall beds. We opted for the Nuovoliola model and it looks great! The store was excellent with all the options available to see. Installation service is available - great service and excellent knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!
