The Comfort Shop in Crows Nest, NSW was easy to find and parking was not an issue as there is a carpark within a short walking distance to the shop. The range of products in the shop was comprehensive and well displayed. The staff were very helpful, respectful and were able to answer all our queries. I bought a Boston recliner and Telemaco King Single wall bed and latex mattress. Both are well designed, constructed and very comfortable.
The wall bed was installed by a technician who completed the installation promptly.
The Comfort Shop is highly recommended for its quality product, sales and after sales service.

We were on our way to a different store when The Comfort Shops terrific display caught our eye. When I sat on the black leather chair I knew it was the one for me.

Having bought a bed from The Comfort shop few years ago, received no pressure service and top quality product. This time when I needed a comfort chair, The comfort Shop was my first place to visit. As expected, both service and the product are excellent.

Staff at Crows Nest were fabulous and very efficient.
The mattress was delayed but then it was delivered to me free.

Could not be happier. We bought an Italian designed manually adjustable bed with a latex mattress and that proved to be one of our best decisions. We live 170km from the shop, so we had to buy online and found the help provided outstanding: great advice from Brad, amazingly speedy delivery organized by Samantha.

I had researched online before arriving at store. Store Manager knew his products well and gave friendly informed service. I was not rushed into making my final choice and ultimately made the right choice of recliner. Happy shopping experience.

I purchased the Hypnos and a recliner, done online as I couldn't get to the store. I emailed before moving and David was wonderful with quick replies. He organised a quick delivery as he knew I was taking very little to the retirement village. Matt was also very helpful with colors. The delivery guys showed me how they worked. It was lovely not having to unpack and assemble like most places. Ty David and Matt, my bed is nice and comfy and exceptional quality.

I was looking for a double wall bed. The store manager explained all the different styles available and talked me through them. It was easy to make a decision thereafter. The guys who came to set the bed up were quick, efficient, polite and very professional. Altogether it has been a very pleasant experience.

The Malvern store was excellent. Sales staff knowledgeable and bed quality excellent. The delivery guys were very good too. Overall a good experience. We went to many other shops selling beds but always came back to the Malvern Store.

From the moment we walked into the store we had the full and undivided attention of Brad Daley the store manager. He was able to ask the right questions and point out the benefits of the various bed and mattress options. Brad was able to schedule a delivery date that met our needs and the delivery crew arrived on time.
We had one minor incident where the delivery truck accidentally damaged a neighbours fence gate assembly due to the narrow street, however Brad was able to follow this up and has put in place a repair schedule.

We are pleased with the bed / mattress and side tables and would recommend this product to others. Overall, well done.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took a long time to receive my item. There was a hold up with the overseas supplier which was frustrating, however the staff at The Comfort Shop were very professional and accommodating through the whole process. Finally received our footstool and they delivered it for free to make up for the inconvenience. Very happy with the product.

The lifter chair is just what was needed, especially as it rotates to allow easy access to both an activity table and a wheelie walker. The recliner suits my husband fine.

Installer tried to erect cabinet as best he could but didnt carry parts such as longer shank footings. I have to source these and install myself. I would have expected installer to cater for this contingency

I could not be happier with the products purchased or the advice given when choosing the right bed for my son. The bed frame is second to none and the adjustable headrest is perfect for medical needs, such as reflux, or if you just want to read comfortably in bed. I love how you can adjust the slats on the bed, to make it firm or soft. The overall quality of the bed frame and mattress is superb! The travel pillow is also amazing. The level of service and advice provided by The Comfort Shop was exceptional and spot on, right through to delivering and assembling our chosen bed. The store was easy to navigate. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

My wife has been using an Ergo electric bed for the last 3 years and I decided I would like one as well. Went to the easy to use website and emailed a couple of questions. Very prompt response provided with an attached quotation which looked good to me so I placed an order and paid by direct credit. Did not receive any acknowledgement of my payment so I phoned to check receipt (this is the only reason why I did not give 5 stars) which was then confirmed. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call regarding a delivery date which was only 4 days away. Bed delivered and installed on time and delivery persons were quick and friendly. This is the third time I have purchased products from The Comfort Shop and I highly recommend them.

Recently purchased 2 leather couches from Crows Nest store. David in the shop was extremely helpful without being pushy. This is the second time we have purchased from here and would recommend this store.
