Do not deal with them would give zero stars if i could
placed an order for $1200 of equipment, has not arrived, they said aus post lost it. Auspost don't even have a record of it being lodged. Wont send replacement or refund. absolutely criminal when its expensive medical equipment during corona virus. spend your money elsewhere, wont answer emails or return calls or put manager on phone 'as not our process', going to raise a case with accc

Worst place to deal with
Very Frustrating to deal with. Do not know their product. Do not know what they can supply and what they can't. Do not stick to delivery commitments or even send the product at all
