Absolutely love it.
I have been Food For You customer for a long time. I love the meals and honestly, i wouldn't bother cooking and cleaning the dishes, when I can get meals cheaper than my grocery shopping

As a PhD student their diet plans are brilliant
I love their meals options, the food is good, I love the beef meals.
As a PhD student, I was not eating healthy food at all cause I did not have time to cook low calories meal and was either eating out or eating easily accessed food (e.g. Nachos, chocolate etc.).
Ordering from them once a week and not worrying about what I am going to eat every day was sooo good. I lost 2/3 of my extra pregnancy weight without starving myself.

Unbelievably terrible food and even worse customer service
I contacted this company to complain about the following: my 1st delivery was 3 days late, the food was half defrosted. the smoothies were fully defrosted (which means the smoothies were already losing their nutrients), I was missing a breakfast meal, the food was ABSOLUTELY VILE (completely unpalatable, soggy, tasteless and as though it had been overcooked and frozen for a very long time). back was attitude, rudeness and unprofessionalism! The 'customer service' staff online (whom I suspect is the Indian guy who always answers the landline phone number listed on the website & when you call, you can hear his wife and kids running around and talking/screaming in the background, which should have warned me about how unprofessional this company is) the online chat staff gave me attitude when I told them that I wanted to change some of the meals (I should have had another 2 days to change the meals based on their late delivery last week) to something I could at least force down my throat, and the woman told me "too late, your order has gone" which was a delivery on a different day that was not agreed upon and when I told her this she basically told me "too bad". I then said I would be taking this matter further and she said "why?" (as though she hadn't already read my long list of complaints!) and when I said I'd be taking the transcript from our online chat to the ACCC and also be taking my complaint to [name removed] (who stupidly agreed to put out her detox meal plans through this company) the response I got was "You didn't order through us. Goodbye". I then called the person exactly what they were, an idiot, and said I will be alerting every social media platform that I know of, to warn customers of their TERRIBLE practices and I got a message back saying "whatever". Extremely unprofessional! Do not use this company! The food is literally the most disgusting food I've ever eaten and the Indian who runs this sham of a business is a scam artist. Very disappointing
Had high hopes for the meals especially from the photos, however I should have read the reviews before purchasing! The meals arrived already defrosted so can only hope for the best, and so far the food has been very disappointing, I was particularly looking forward to the meatballs having seen the photos on the website but they bore no resemblance to the picture. I was hoping to continue on the program indefinitely but will now buy better quality meals from the supermarket instead and advise you to do the same.

d and it has less than the recommended minimum calorific intake for healthy, efficient weight-loss (880kj for lunches and dinners?). I simply can't stomach this crap! I'm going to be throwing away $185! I might as well have thrown my money in the bin! Also, it was delivered days late. The frozen food was completely defrosted, with a pool of brown liquid in the bottom of the bag. The site states that the food can be left for up to 12 hours outside. WHAT?! How is it safe to leave room-temperature food outside in a box for 12 hours in the Summer? Sure, there were gel sacs, but they were also at room temperature. When I complained, I was fed crap like a moron - eg - oh no, it's quite safe leaving them out - we test them all the time! What - they intentionally give themselves Botulism? Incredibly disappointing food and even worse customer service!
I have been trying different prepared meal providers, You Food from a Web search and research offered me what I was looking for in relation to my needs. Upon arrival of the food it soon appeared that the very first meal was a massive disappointment, how anybody can take simple basic ingredients of Chicken, Brown Rice and veg and make it inedible, bland and tasteless is beyond me! That was the very short and polite version of the conversation! I am left incredibly unsatisfied by the whole experience and highly reccomend that you should seriously consider your purchase with You Food and take your money elsewhere! There are operators out there who have it so right and have delivered exceptional food, fresh delicious and at a similar cost! This day in age, your customers are your biggest advovates! If I could give it no stars I would
I made this purchase online A few of the meals were delivered fresh, the rest were half frozen and half unfrozen. I called and asked to speak to the manager who informed me that they would not be replacing or refunding the meals as all the half unfrozen ones would keep in the fridge for a week. I explained that I do not eat 7 day old fish or meat, he said he did not wish to do anything about it. His name is [name removed].

Stay away- horrible food & service
1 star is quite generous. It's taken me a while to write this review because I needed time to get over it- that's how angry this situation has made me.
Firstly, The food does not at all resemble what's advertised on their site.
Secondly, every dish tastes exactly the same. They do not state this in their product description but they use the same Indian herbs and spices is all dishes. From mac&cheese to moussaka. Could have sworn moussaka is traditionally a Greek/middle-eastern dish right?

I tried the Meals . It is hard to believe a frozen meal can be low fat, high fiber, low sugar, high protein, two vegetables, and only 370 calories! The spices were perfect. I am going for it again this week

Terrible food. Stale breakfast cereal and nuts in snacks. Meals were all but inedible and appeared and tasted to have zero nutritional value. I used 1.5 days worth then emailed and requested a refund with a detailed explanation as to why. I received no reply. Ordered on Monday and still do not have the food and it is Thursday evening
I am gluten free, I am on dialysis and I am working full time. I was looking for some help with meals this week because I am in overload at work so I ordered on Monday and it is now Thursday evening and although they promise next day delivery I still do not have the food. They are very quick to take your money though. Weekend tomorrow and I do not need the food for the weekend. Waste of time and money. I didn't shop this week because I thought this food would be delivered. Pointless exercise and no food in the fridge because I did no shopping. Wouldn't do this ever again. Learnt the valuable lesson that there is not substitute to doing something yourself. Yet another dodgy company making promises they cannot deliver...literally.

Subsidiary company "FoodForYou" AWFUL! Muddy such a jerk!
I ordered a week's worth of Gluten Free meals from "foodforyou.com.au", (an affiliate of The Diet Factory). The food looked lovely & as a customer of LitenEasy I was willing to try something different. I received notification that my delivery would take place on Friday at 12 noon. However when Friday arrived, 90 minutes prior to arrival, I received an email saying my meals would be delivered the following week due to flooding in QLD. On Tuesday, randomly, I receive an email saying it's been delivered. I called "Muddy" immediately to advise that I would not be home until Friday but what I encountered was the rudest, most abrupt, condescending person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with EVER. When I asked why was I not told what day the disrupted delivery would take place, he said it's not his problem. When I asked him to help me because the food is now in the sun and would be for 4 days, he said he couldn't and wouldn't. Do you only get the main meals... what about snacks, breakfast and all that?

You get breakfast, lunch, dinner, fruit and snacks. It's good, but I didn't like eating packaged food which was all your main meals and some of the other meals of the day. I always think fresh is best.
You get everything... That's one of the best things I found is that I'm an impulsive buyer so when I was at the supermarket before I started I'd buy the bad stuff because it was there (also because I could). Diet factory gives you breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner which stops me being impulsive and makes it easier to avoid bad food. The morning snack is generally fruit so it's really good, the only thing you would need to buy is milk for cereal.
Joshua, diet factory might be decent (I don't know), but this is food for you, which is total crap - even dangerous - lukewarm seafood meals, anyone?
Another "Positive" (aka fake) review above, was complimenting youfoodz. Whoever is coming up with these fake 5-star reviews, your lack of basic english skills is a dead giveaway. Or, are youfoodz, foodforyou and the diet factory one big, connected scam? I can just imagine some lonely overweight psycho in a basement somewhere, surrounded by unrefrigerated boxes of food - and one laptop...
Avoid this crap at all costs!!!!! And don't try to reason with the employees or you'll just be insulted and frustrated. They're obviously very used to fielding all of the valid complaints. Nasty.
