This is my second week on TDF, even though I was hungry at first and it's expensive, when you add up all the junk food I used to buy, it's cheaper. I have lost 3 kgs in my first week and have much more to lose. I will continue until I lose the weight I gained through inactivity, medication and junk food. Even my friends and family say I have lost weight in the first two weeks and are proud of the way I am sticking to it. I have tried so many other diets but it is possibly the easiest diet I have ever stuck to. So convenient and although I probably can't afford it every week, I will try the best I can. I love it.

I've been on the 5 day 1000 calorie per day meals for about 4 weeks now and have really enjoyed it so far!! The food is great and there's so much variety. It's made me realize that really losing weight is all about portion size. Sandra is alway so helpful and they are always able to deliver on the days I've requested. I look forward each week to see what my menu is!! My boyfriend is actually jealous some nights when he tastes my meals!

I have tried both Lite & Easey and Diet Factory. I prefer the taste of the meals with Diet Factory. I always heat the evening meal in the oven and turn out on to my own plate. My girlfriend is on the other L&E and we are both losing weight. It comes down to the taste of the food. Night meals are far better more meat with Diet Factory. My friends dinners always swimming in peas.

I started on the diet last week, it's my first week and have lost 1kg so far and was very impressed. I have 7 days 1000 calories. Although I was disappointed that the fruits were very small in size, like a kid's size. I like the main meal because they always have vegetables on it and the lunch was fresh and healthy as well. I was overall impressed with the quality and good value for money of the food. I was on Jenny Craig, Lite and Easy and Optifast shakes and nothing beats The Diet Factory in terms of fast weight loss.

Amazing amazing amazing. I've been on every diet there is. This is day four and I've lost 2.2kgs already. I've never lost this much weight in my life in four days. I cant wait to see how much ive lost in one week. The first few days i felt a bit hungry, however that has settled and i do not feel hungry
Fast weight loss.

I have been on the diet factory program for 3 months and have lost 14 kilos, and gone down in 2 sizes in clothing. The best of all though is hearing people say how good I am looking, and noticing my weight loss.
I eat my lunch in a room full of people and they all look forward to seeing what I am getting. I have decided to stay on the diet for a while longer ( perhaps for ever ) as I still have 10 kilos I want to lose. For the last 18 years have repeatadly said I must try to lose weight, and now I have

Sometimes they get my order a little bit wrong but they allways replace it, no charge.

In the past I have tried Weight Watchers, which worked until it was changed to pro points. I hated tracking and was gaining. I needed to go back to basics and have it all done for me. I have been on it just nearly a week and it is so easy. Only thing is I am a big eater and I have to force myself to stop eating so much food. If I stick to it, it works. I am on 1000 calories as it is cheaper and add extra fruit and toast as I should be on 1800. I want to lose weight and will. Any diet works if you stick to it.

I had been with the Diet factory some time ago and lost a lot of weight. Now im back, this time more for conveniance,and wow have they picked up there game, new yummy meals new packaging. The lunches are loverly and fresh with lots of new interesting flavours.
The new online ordering system is really easy to use.
The programs are well priced for what you get

Like ngh007, I had bad experiences with what food I was given. Makes me mad! Surely the company has a approximate forecast of client's needs, therefore they should have enough food as per the menu.

I was with Lite n Easy and I will definitely be going back. While they can't tell you when you'll get your delivery, once you have your first, you can expect subsequent deliveries to be within the hour either side. The food is superior, granted, customer service not as good, but it's still better value.

When I rang up I was embarrassed about my weight, but the lovely people
at the diet factory, made me feel special. My diet plan was worked out for me and no problem to change things I don't like. I went on the high protein low carb plan for 4 weeks and lost 12 kilos!!
They recomended that I should go on the 1200 calorie plan, which im on now, im not losing as much weight but its still good and more variety
in the main meals. Im feeling a lot better about myself, and people say I look good.
