Made a purchase which didn't go through but money was deducted from my credit card!
I ordered a pair of leggings online. I received no confirmation email OR tracking number, however when I checked my credit card statement, $139 had been deducted! I went to the live chat to sort it out and was very unhappy with the resolution...

Customer support at the iconic is always outstanding; feedback is very prompt, very helpful staff and always going the extra mile to make sure you walk away happy. This is in my opinion is the main differentiation with so many online shopping platforms out there; and the main reason why I would always come back and choose the Iconic as my first shopping Option

SUCH helpful customer service!
I used the online web chat to ask for help with a return, the representative I spoke to was very helpful. I used a birthday discount to buy a big batch of clothes. One piece of item was incorrect, and I wanted to return another item but still use the birthday discount with whatever I exchanged/bought instead. Jennifer was very helpful, I got a discount for the incorrect item, she organised the return and delivery of the correct item and provided another code to use my discount on my exchange/new item. I know a lot of people had bad experiences, but there will never be a shop that has PERFECT customer service. I've shopped with The Iconic and they've been great each time.

Never again!
quality is horrible ! Out of 10 things I bought i kept 9.
Iconic has a very sneaky Terms and Conditions about refunds which are not clear when you are actually processing a refund. I accidentally opted for a store credit rather than refund to my Credit Card, and guess what ? Apparently the store credit expires after 12 months. So they literally took my money and kept it . After 12 months they think it's their money . Absolute nonsense! Stay away

Extremely Disappointed
Returned an item in exactly the same condition it was received and because of the nature of the materials that it was composed of, during shipping the leather strap (which had an unfinished raw edge) pilled and left some (completely removable via lint roller) pilling on the felted surface however they claim that the item is showing signs of wear and won't accept the return. Will never purchase from The Iconic again as a result. Shame for them to lose potential thousands of business over $90, but that's the way it is.

I will not buy again
I have bought from The Iconic a couple of times. For my last purchase, I paid for an extra next day delivery that only arrived 4 days later. The team was helpful but nobody could say where my parcel was and when my order would be delivered. I needed an item for an occasion and had to buy something similar elsewhere. I will keep the item but no longer considering Iconic in the future.

Good but inability to rate or review products is a problem.
Free return shipping is great, however, sale items cannot be returned and refunded so I have a big problem with not being able to access ratings and reviews from customers regarding the sizing and fit of products, now am stuck with inappropriate items.

Loved my first experience
I bought 4 dresses. Returning the first one as it runs on smaller side size wise. The other 3 dresses are absolutely to die for. The two green dresses are elegant yet comfortable. The last one I'll be using for casual wear and it's pretty and comfortable. Thank you

Love the Iconic!
I been buying clothes for my kids here for about a year now and have always exceeded my expectations. If I didn't want to pay extra for shipping I would still receive my order within 2-3 business days. It can't always go smooth sailing tho. Recently purchased something and didn't arrive on time but tracking says delivered. Checked with post office only to find out that it was delivered to a wrong address. The worst retailer ever!!
The iconic is easily the most awful pathetic retailer ever!! They give generic replies to complaints!! They don't care at all. I bought a few pairs of shoes on sale and they then cancelled my order because I bought too many things!! Can you believe that?? Its true!! I was going to give the shoes to charity!! And to a child with cancer!! Now they will go without because of the iconic and their discrimination!!! Everyone stay away from them!!

Can't fault The Iconic!
I have been purchasing from The Iconic for years and the reason for this is the free shipping and returns and excellent customer service. They have an awesome product range as well. What impressed me most however was that I recently purchased an item that then went 20% off a few days later. I contacted The Iconic and they gave me a refund on the same day for the discounted amount. Greatly appreciated and will spread the word. Thanks again
