Really works!
Tastes really good, way better than my wifes optifast which i found gross. Every manshake flavour is absolutely delicious and i look forward to waking up and making some to start the day. Started on Manshake 18 weeks ago having 2 manshakes a day instead of 2 meals (still eat a proper healthy dinner) i started on 128kg and now are 110kg and am full steam ahead and loving it. I love iced coffee .the man shake coffee flavor,at first tasted bland to me but now not so bad .
I been on the man shake now for two weeks, and salads and fish for main meal,I am a type 2 diabetic, weigh 177 kilos, and I'm only 5'3. And I feel great I have lost 11 kilos,and counting,it's working for me,nothing else has worked, If you want to loss weight, give it a go, stick with it you will loss weight.

Weight loss eat ya heart out
The man shake is the best for people who are serious about loosing weighti down load the photos later combined my brother and I lost 100kgs very happy with the results.

Not to my liking Birthday Cake or Coffee
The man shake is an awesome product, However it would be great if you could try a sample of the new flavours before buying. I brought the birthday flavour only to throw it away, a waste of $44.95

Man Shake Heaven
Have tried both the Man Bars and the Shakes, great products, very filling and nutritious! Would recommend if you want to lose the Beer Gut and still be able to enjoy a few Beers!

Highly recommend
Ive tried all the flavours and really like the coffee. The bars are awesome. I wish there was some more variety with the bars. They are all variety of chocolate. A good quality product. All in all. Feeling great and losing weight

fruit should be fine i eat either grapes usually the green ones and avaccado just go easy on the amount

Hi fruit during the day is fine but for energy and low sugar I would stick to a banana, apples, oranges, berries as these are lower in sugar - grapes are quite high in sugar so a small handful is ok but the other fruits will keep you fuller for longer cheers
