I was really happy with the service. I ordered a text book I needed for a law course. I ordered it on the long weekend and it arrived by Wednesday to NSW. It was easy to track and follow. The price was also excellent. Loved I could after pay. I’ll be buying all my books here in the future.

Ordered two pop vinyls over two weeks ago. It's taken that amount of time to get an email to tell me one of the items I ordered was not available anymore and they'd made a mistake. It's not good enough with how long this has taken and the mistake.

Easy to find what I wanted, easy to purchase - it was prompt delivery especially in this time of COVID. The range of puzzles was great and would definitely purchase from the Nile again.

The Nile had the best range of Disney adult puzzles. Ordering was easy and the delivery was prompt with accurate tracking throughout. My 25yo daughter is loving it because you’re never too old for Disney.

Though the website stated that they had the item in stock. I experience empty promises and delay after delays. I put my order in for the moblio brick set on 30th March. They said it will come on the April 16th, and it did not come. Then they said May 4 and it did not come. Then they said it will arrive 16-26th and yesterday 27th April and still they did not receive the item in their warehouse for distribution. I ended up canceling the order. I bought the toy for my children for their effort at school. They were disappointed and we were frustrated. First time and last time I will shop with The Nile. Hopefully the refund will be smooth and without delays. I will update you all how that goes.

Processed my order twice, 2 weeks apart, so I got to pay twice and get bounced around between random staff trying to get a refund or an explanation - never got a response from the same person twice, and got conflicting answers every time. Ended up chasing a payment cancellation through the bank as the staff were so unhelpful.

After buying my book from another store, which was unable to get stock, one call to Nile confirmed they had it in stock. It was at my door in days.

I was shopping online to find a particular Disney Figurine and after accessing Google, this store had the best price by far. I had been looking for this item for a few weeks. The whole process was very easy and I received my figurine very quickly. The figurine was nicely padded and I was kept informed all the way concerning delivery.
