More than a month ago I ordered hand sanitiser. I am still waiting for delivery. The Pharmacy does not answer the phone, and doesn’t reply to my emails, requesting a refund. I have now lodged a claim with PAYPAL in order to get my money back. NOT GOOD.......

Beware Scammers

I ordered a oximeter but cancelled the order several hours later. I requested a refund. I received no response to my 3 emails and attempts to phone them several times were unsuccessful. Still no goods and no refund. Avoid this company as they are scammers taking advantage of COVID19

Terrible, terrible customer service & product never came when specified in the seller's details! Over a month later- still waiting! Customer service told me a different date for when they would send it & when questioned then told me a different date again. Had to lodge a paypal claim on them!

Yeap..same as all the other complaints here...first told of delay, now nothing..not contact, no product, no refund. Have submitted claim through Fair Trading..will update outcome when I hear anything back.

I should have gone to this website to check feedback before I placed my order.

I had order hand sanitizers on 23/Mar for 1/Apr delivery, no products arrived on promised dated. Today 1/May i still haven't receive the products.
Called them many times and put me on hold for more than 30 mins then cut off.
I contact them again by contact us page for refund but did not respond. This is truly scam.

I ordered hand sanitizer was aware that I would need to wait several weeks for delivery on 27 March. On 4 April I contacted to ask when the order would be filled and was told it would be a few more weeks. I was advised that I could get a refund if I wanted it. I didn't do that as I understood the problem. I contacted again on 24, 27 and 30 April and have had absolutely no response. I expect I have lost my money.

SCAM ARTIST AND THIEVES

Absolute worst company ever. Accepts your order and money and refuses to send item or even respond to an email. They are thieves.

I ordered two items off them, hand sanitizer and gloves for our medical clinic.. The sanitizer wasn’t meant to be in stock until April 7 and I was happy to wait.

The gloves they sent early and were received on the 3rd April, however I am yet to receive the sanitizer or any type of response to my queries on the whereabouts of the sanitizer.

I believe they have scammed many people into buying an item they have no intention on sending out.

Absolute scam artists. Do not even bother with them, will stick with ebos in the future.

Ordered product on 4th April. Initially told would be delay and would be informed when ready to ship. Status hasn't changed. No product. No information. Going to my Bank to see if I can get a refund. Looking at other peoples comments seeking refund directly from company wont happen. Has anyone reported this company yet?

I placed an order on 27th March, 3 weeks later it arrived but incomplete. As like everyone else I can’t get through. I’ve reported them to fair trade. I’ve researched the ABN and it’s owned a sole trader. The same name as the person who is apparently customer support on the automated help desk tickets. I’ve also searched the address of the company on google maps and it’s a run down shop.

After just reading the other recent complaints listed here I can say that my situation is a mirror image of everyone else. Order made - not fulfilled after 8 weeks - tried on so many occasions to make contact, including hours left on hold to get disconnected at their end.

I placed an order on the 12th of March, money was taken from my account but I have yet to receive any products or any update from the store on why the products haven't been shipped. I have emailed and called several times with no response. I will be waiting a few more weeks before contacting the ACCC.

Absolutely zero customer service. Placed a large order months ago with an EDD of first week of April. It is now the end of April and I have received nothing nor any contact from The Pharmacy about where my goods are. I have lodged several 'tickets' on their website and received zero response from anybody, I have spent hours, literally, waiting on their customer service line and keep getting hung up on by them after several hours of waiting without having ever spoken to anybody and continually being told I am next in line. The most disgraceful treatment of customers ever. Shameful. They should not be allowed to call themselves a Pharmacy.

Beyond disappointing customer service

Placed a pre-order in March to reserved stock coming in. Followed up day stock was due to arrive and got a call back a few days later saying stock was late, so I decided to source elsewhere and they said they'd organise a refund. Emails not answered, hours accumulated on hold only to be cut off when I get to caller 1 or 2 in line. Still no refund of the $150 they took well over a month ago. Would highly recommend avoiding deailing online with this chemist based on my experience.

I purchased and still haven’t recieved my order. Endless email and calls and it’s frustrating. Has been well over 8 weeks. Disputed it with Afterpay and they said they can’t do anything about it until the merchant cancel/issue a refund in their end. Clearly shows Afterpay doesn’t offer buyers protection.
