THERMANN NEVER AGAIN
Good like trying to get in contact with there warranty department,, my understanding is that Reece are part of this brand, so if your looking at buying a thermann there quick to help and sell you one but a warranty claim forget it, stick with Rheem
Purchased in January 2021 at Plumber for $3,000.00.

Misinformation
I purchased the hot water system less than a year and a half ago. Over the past three, four months - the hot water was running out. I called the company and they said to provide an invoice even if the installation was over 2 years old. I was also told by energy company that something was clearly not right as my usage had sky-rocked even though I was using less water. Told that it might be due to an element. Called up again, however this time the staff member said this issue is only covered if the unit was installed within a year. Staff member ...Read more
would not put me through to the manager. I told her over and over again that due to conflicting information I wished to speak to the manager. In the end I hung up, but before doing so said that I would be telling other people not to purchase this product and that the assistance was terrible. Hopeless at every level.
