Good service-all went smoothly
My first time selling a property. It was a fairly straight forward sale, but I found the staff responsive and it has gone smoothly. It is an on line service, therefore you need to engage with the process, but it comes at a lower price than other quotes I received for completing the same work.

Quality customer service
Angie Berg of Thinkconveyancing did a really great job with our settlement. She communicated to us well about the status and progress of our settlement. She was knowledgeable, professional and kind. She made the settlement process easy for us and provided a very good quality customer service.

Professional & Excellent service
Terence Jones provides a professional and excellent service. He responds to any query I have in a professional and accurate way. He is good in providing a response in a short time as possible - I have never needed to follow up on a pressing issue. Terence keeps me updated on where my conveyancing process is thus providing me a professional service. This is one of the best services I have had with conveyancers. Well done!

So helpful
Jarred Theodore was very helpful throughout the transfer of property process. He provided updates via phone and email and ensured my 1st home buying experience was as seemless as possible.

"THINK" again!! (Part II)
We engaged Think Conveyancing last year for what seemed to be a simple task for them to complete. Their acceptance letter stated "you acknowledge that the standard general time frame for Settlement is 42 days from receipt of instructions to commence work". The required portion of fees was immediately transferred to their account as we needed settlement within that time frame. It took them 6 months to complete our paperwork. We submitted our personal documents to the bank 3 times due to the length of time it took this conveyancing business to h...Read more
ave everything ready for settlement. We were in the dark on progress due to lack of care and communication on their part. Emails were lost (??), phone calls not returned, supervisors were non existent and time was of the essence for us with the bank. Jumping to the outcome now - we lost the bank's approval, no loan, not anything except setting us back to where we started - just an enormous headache. Please take care if you choose to engage this company. THINK is not as good as they THINK they are and we urge you to THINK again!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

WARNING - DO NOT USE
Woeful and tardy service - their lack of knowledge, guidance and information ended up costing me thousands. When the above was escalated to senior management and CEO I heard nothing back.

Not to be trusted.
Tried to get this mob to tidy up after problems with another conveyancer only to find that this lot was just as bad if not worse. Dont trust their misleading advice as it may cost you dearly.

Think another conveyancer
Keeping clients up to date with a conveyancing matter is paramount. My recent experience with Think Conveyancing was left than pleasurable, your conveyancers did not provide updates and issued incorrect documentation which prolonged settlement. The understanding of conveyancing as a whole by your conveyancers seemed to be pedestrian at best, I will not be recommending your service.

Think Conveyancing: a costly & time consuming mistake.
would be very cautious about engaging Think Conveyancings services, particularly in Brisbane.
Our experience was not positive, punctuated by an inexperienced conveyancer, poor communication, unfollowed directions and unsupportive leadership within the Think Conveyancing ranks.
The result was a delay to settlement of 10 days, costing us over $3k in penalties and an exasperated seller who threatened to take our $40,0000 deposit and cancel the sale.
Needless to say it was a very stressful experience, with the Think Conveyancing leadership (I use ...Read more
this term loosely) offering limited assistance and taking no accountability for the actions of their team. Even the process of making contact with the Supervisors at Think Conveyancing was odious - the staff attempted to deflect my request to speak to a supervisor several times. I would strongly recommend that you consider another conveyancing service should you wish for a competent, stress free transaction involving your livelihood. This is not the first property transaction Ive completed, however it was most certainly the most difficult, stressful and messy in the worst of ways. As a result of my experience Im now investigating making a formal complaint with the relevant legal bodies. Not only do they not act in their clients best interests, but fail mightily in their duty of care. Please, please pick another company for your property transactions.Similar opinion? Unprofessional and unreliable
They're responsive when you ask for a quote. After this they nowhere to be seen.
Currently dealing with this incompetent bunch of cash grabbers and it is the worst experience at a time that we don't need the extra stress.
Stay away from this organization if you want your purchase and settlement to go smoothly.

Incompetent Lot
Avoid if you want to retain your sanity. For the same price (after all their added extras for basic services other conveyancers don't charge for), you could be face to face with an actual solicitor, not some bottom tier paralegal who can't even be bothered returning a phone call to a client.
They got my name and settlement statement tallies wrong. It really shows a lack of care for someone who's making one of the biggest purchases in their life. Like many others, they turned what was supposed to be an exciting period into weeks of regret and anxiety.
Also be wary of positive reviews. These guys are known to solicit paid reviews. Glad their old ieatwords page was shut down.

Poor and unprofessional service
Extremely poor response time throughout the whole process. Took way longer than necessary to sort things out because of this. Also was waiting all day on settlement day to get the keys because they couldnt send the settlement email on time. Their customer service was poor every time I called. Their prices are also higher than others so I recommend doing a quick shop around and youll find someone (anyone!) who is much better.

All talks - No Action.
Do not do it!! This mob has no idea what they are doing.
We have received approved - unconditional finance. With finance clause date looming large over our heads we needed a lawyer to contact us ASAP as I needed to work out a few things before the settlement.
I contacted them three days ago and someone promised me "immediate attention" for an additional $60. Once they started the matter, it all turned to bad. They assigned my matter to a person who was really good at making promises but that was all that they were good at. They first promi...Read more
sed to call me in an hour. When I did not receive a call back four hours later, I called them up. To my surprise, they said that they are not experienced enough to handle my type of cases and have re-assigned it to someone else and that "someone" else will call me in 15 minutes. "My case" is fairly simple - Land+house construction package with FHOG applied. After waiting for another hour, I called them up again. This time, there was no answer. They advertise their hours until 9:00pm but the calls keep going to the answering machine. I had to call their Perth office to find out what was going on. Again, I was promised that I will receive a call at 7:00 in the morning. As I am writing this review, it is 9:00am and nobody has called me. I believe these guys are expert in wasting time and making simple things complicated. I am running as far away as I can from them and so should you.Similar opinion? Stay away
Stay away from this company, period! They will steel your money, won't ring you back and will totally botch your settlement. Very poor communication skills and extremely unprofessional. If you want a stress free settlement, go somewhere else.

Terrible experience - Stay away.
They push additional fees on you through their partners and are difficult to communicate with. We have had to deal with several staff members and each time it feels like you are starting over again. You will be spammed with phone calls from their partners that they share your details with.

Stay Away!
Stay away from them!! Absolutely disgusting and even admitted professional negligence yet zero care factor. Didn't even bother to read contract terms correctly resulting in settlement falling through. The "national practice manager" who you deal with during the complaints process is absolutely useless and just wastes your time making comments that she doesn't know and that the solicitors know more than her, are you kidding?!?! If you can ever get someone to answer a phone after 2 conversations they palm you off onto someone else who just buys more time for them.
This company has caused my family SO much stress and destroyed us financially.
Pathetic!!!!

The worst - dont go there!!
We engaged Think Conveyancing for a relatively small sale. We were really disappointed and worried from the very beginning due to lack of response and outright lack of apparent care. We attempted to cancel and were advised it was half of the quoted amount to cancel due to them "all ready acting on our behalf". These people cant be trusted. They also don't tell you about the additional costs in using them. Ask about he trust account costs and ZIPID costs (per person). When your paralegal goes on leave then good luck!
