Our site supervisor Joe is professional, he is friendly, easy to contact and kept a well informed during the construction process. My home completed in 5 month and all the paperwork have been handled properly and efficiently. Although there were few bits and pieces need to be fixed, Joe responses/arranges it at his earliest convenience. Thrive home offers better price when compared with other builders, but with the same quality. Construction was done in a very short time without any delay or hassle in between. Above all, the site supervisor Nick McEvoy was really helpful and he gave quick response for all the concerns and queries. Biweekly plans were always provided and the same never fell behind the schedule. Thanks Thrive Homes and especially Nick for the awesome work done!

Thrive homes met all the criteria that was listed on there website, overall their well built homes are affordable and efficient. No extra cost and hiding fees was listed in my final payment. The on-site manager (Brendan) was updated with any questions I would ask about my home and he was very organised, I would like to say special thanks to Brendan, he did a good job making my new home such a good experience!

Near my house I saw different constructions.But quality of thrive homes seems best then any other construction.we are exceptionally happy with construction cost.My house construction is in middle,until know they charged as per contract.until now I haven't see any issues and expecting same will happen until time of hand over
